I'm seriously underweight right now at the age of 21. I'm unable to increase my diet, and still wish to get 1-2 inches increase in height and gain more weight.

Any tips?

Simply be at a calorie surplus. If you just want to bulk up, calculate how many calories you burn daily, and add 500 to that number. You'll gain 3-4 pounds a month. Combine that with a good workout routine and supplements, and perhaps a needle of tren up your ass, and you'll be at your goal in no time.

Play sports, exercise and eat sufficient nutrition. Your metabolism will be increased and you will gain weight more healthily. Sugar will kill you.

Eat a lot.
If you wanna also gain some muscles you need to do exercises

For weight loss and for weight gain, you need a diet, only diets will be different. For weight gain, you need to eat more cereals and legumes, meat, fish

Eat More. Eat more calories than your body burns. How much depends on your metabolism and activity levels. But if you’re not gaining weight, you’re not eating enough.
Eat More Meals. Small meals are easier to eat than big ones. They don’t make you feel stuffed. Wake up earlier, eat breakfast, and then eat 3-4 more meals a day.
Eat Caloric Dense Foods. Food high in carbs and/or fats has more calories per serving. It takes less eating to create a caloric surplus. Bulk on pasta, dried fruits, nuts, etc.
Eat More Protein. Your muscles need protein to recover from your workouts and grow bigger. Eat a whole source of protein with each meal – meat, chicken, fish, eggs, etc
Go Liquid. Blended food digests more easily than solid food. Make weight gainer shakes by mixing oats, milk, banana, peanut butter and whey protein in your blender.
Track Calories. Skinny guys over-estimate how much they eat. They think they eat a lot but they don’t. Track your calorie intake to make sure you’re eating enough to gain weight.
Lift Heavy. Stop wasting time with curls and flies. Do free weight, compounds like Squats and Deadlifts instead. They trigger more strength and muscle gains to gain weight.
Be Consistent. If you eat a lot today but little the rest of the week, you won’t gain weight. You must consistently eat more than you burn to increase your body-weight.

Well, envy you, serously! I am doing wichever possible in order to loose weight. Yet the best decision, I guess, is to eat meat and go in for sports to gain muscles and not to become fat.

Its unable to gain height after 17-18 years. But if you want to gain weight you should get a consultation of a diet doctor first.

I think you stop growing at 21? idk I'm not really sure but you can lift weights so that you can gain  mass.

You need to eat often and properly. It  must be no less than once every three hours.
About the fact that you manage to grow up not sure. But weight visually increases  growth.

I've experienced the same thing as you. but now I've changed and got more contained than before. The trick is to eat regularly, don't stress, be diligent to do physical exercise.

Well, I don't know how to grow more, but concerning the weight, you should eat more protein and do sports. And the sport should be more on strength. Because cardio sport will make you even smaller.

eat a lot of lean meat, cooked beef,lamb etc. drink plenty of water ( real water not flavoured water or fizzy drinks or energy drinks) if your working out which i recommend, add protien shake to the water, or drink a mix of milk+protein powder.
eat natural foods with no added shit, for example, boring plain food with no added additives like sugar etc
examples of this could be:

breakfast:
oats+milk (add fruits for flavour and sweetness or cinnamon)
boiled eggs ( not fried)

lunch: protein bar or salad with tuna, try to get tuna with sunflower oil, the fat will help you.

dinner:
BOILED chicken breast or fish fillet haddock mackerel etc with SWEET potato (purple potato)

bedtime: cottage cheese and protein shake.

doing all the above + excising will help you increase your weight, you could always just eat plenty of junk fried food and get fat, but if you want real weight with muscle then do what i`ve mentioned and it will be fine.

remember you do not need to go to the gym or own a gym to get fit add weight or be healthy!

staying at home and working out is easy too, stick to the diet, do 20 press ups 3 x a day to work your upper body,
do 20 sit ups 3x a day to work your core
do lunges at home or squats with something with your hands ( a full milk bottle or something weighing 1kg+ would be perfect)

p.s you can not grow any taller after age of around 20+
