I have been excercising for a while to lose wait now and eventually I've lost some weights. However the fat around my belly hasn't been burned. Please advice me what to do.

Cut down on your food intake and exercise every chance you get in the day. Even when your on the computer keeping your feet or hands moving can help.

low carbs medium fats high proteins

stick with that. spread your meals into 5 thoughout the day. Have a casein protein at the end of the night before bed so your body doesn't go into a catabolic state where the insulin is spiked once you have your first meal

Run. It will take time, but running is the only way.
And have a proper diet
