To find a bounty that we want to participate in and be able to get satisfactory results, of course, the target of all of us, then in this case we have to see first how the whitepaper of the project and the team that works is also very prioritized, if everything is suitable then we can rely on the project and they will definitely pay us at the end of the project later.

We must prioritize the bounty funds that have been escrowed and the bounty manager has a trusted reputation, but apart from the payment guarantee factor managed by the bounty manager, we must analyze the potential of the project because not all escrowed bounties have good potential unless they pay for it with USDT or BUSD stable tokens.

Actually it is not too easy to find out. I have seen that many quality full managers are unable to find out scam project. Only number of members on social media isn't the way to seem legit project. We have to find out the legality of the project, what is the project actually and for which purpose, what is the real world value of it, project roadmap & white paper, legitimation of team members, physical office address and so on can help to find out projects that which are good or not.It's true that it's not easy to find good bounties with decent pay, most of the bounties in circulation end up being scams. Even according to
the results of my monitoring, choosing bounties where the bounty manager is qualified and reliable does not guarantee that we will avoid
project scams. So we really have to rely on ourselves to do research and analysis, to choose which projects have good potential. Actually,

If they did pay then they aren't really that bad but bad bounties are those who are scams and doesn't pay anything to their workers while it's not possible for a good bounty to not pay their participants because the reputation that they already built are going to be affected. They won't sacrifice it for some amount because they can always recover soon what they have paid for. Having well-known and experienced managers in bounty campaigns only means that you will receive your reward when the conditions of the bounty campaign are met. This doesn't guarantee that the tokens received as a reward will not depreciate in the future or will be worth nothing at all.

That is indeed a good guideline but even bounties by reputable managers have ended up in scam before (not the fault of the managers offcourse). It is not because a bounty forfills all the requirements that it would still be interesting to do it; I have the impression that 95% of all bounties nowadays are not really worth it (payment too low).
If too many bounty projects failed to pay you a good rate for your effort, try to increase your post quality to earn merits. This allows you to join in a higher-tier bounty campaign in the Service board with plenty of good bounties and fixed BTC/USDT payments.

If bounty participants get paid with the coins or tokens they develop, there is a high or zero price possibility. But if they pay with stablecoins, the value is definite but low. It's hard to know which project will go well and the price can increase once we hold it for a long time. But that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. I think do your job, and follow most of the projects, and one of them will succeed and make you rich.

The projects that launch the bounty campaign are those that are in the ICO sale phase and they need to raise capital, that's why there are so many projects that fail and don't pay the hunters.
