Buy low sell high
If we can observe that the price of bitcoin is getting low, or at a really low price, that is the moment that you should buy bitcoin because if you are able to buy bitcoin at a low price and sell it in a high price after some time that it had an increase, then you'll gain a lot of income because you gained a more money compared on how much you invested to do that thing. Just keep in mind that if you plan to buy bitcoin, you should always keep an eye on it's price.

The best time to buy is when the dip happens but there is always a risk in it specially in those alt-coins that are just new in the market,
But sometimes the new alt-coins in the market could give you a good profit in the long run but you should really take some time to read their project and know if they have a good team or advisor.

You are right, I take it as one of wise thinking and should be the thought of a trader being a keen observer, that is really much important. Because in trading much money is not important what is important is you know how to manage your money and how roll it and make some profit from it. When price is at low grab the opportunity buy. Yeah it is easy when the price is low that is the right time for buying and when the price goes up that is the right time for selling your holdings. Now most people are investing in cryptocurrency because it is very profitable business than regular ones, because you will to do nothing except waiting. I think that in order for you to be able to accurately determine the point of purchase you need to have experience in the trading area, you need to combine technical analysis and market information to be able to Get the most accurate and commercial plan. The market is constantly fluctuating and difficult to predict, so you always need stoploss to be able to zoning and reduce the risk. Can somebody explain how to decide buying an altcoin?

I think your list is enough and very valuable for newbie like me and I can say you're technical trader. There's also method to decide when to buy and we call it fundamental, meaning depend news ( rumors ). For this one, you should search many news about altcoin and create calculation if the news comes up what will happen into crypto market. This is good method for opportunist trader create income, do that and good luck to you.
Monitor the market and decide to buy if the price of your coin is low and decide to sell if the price of your coin is high and you are in profit.
If the price or the movement of the candlestick chart is far from the recent movements like peaks or the high prices then it is the best time to buy some of the coin that you are watching and hold them and just wait for the price to go up and after that then that is the best time to sell for taking profits and securing your gains.
well, when the market price is really low, I think it's the right time to buy the coins you target. well, but it all depends on your courage. even now it can be said if buying some coins will also be a very good potential in the future.

Volume is important thing but we don't know how to analyze it..
Everything is important, TA, News, Project status, Deals etc, but Volume creates the price.
If we can analyzer the Volume, I think there is a hope.
Day trading is only one form of trading and in fact it is the most risky, not only that day traders concentrate on the most minimal of the variations in the price, they do not really know how to invest at the bottom price of a coin, they only know how to invest at the bottom of the price of that particular day, by being concentrated so much in the short term most the time they do not take advantage of the real bottom of the price and as such they lose long term profits Volume is important thing but we don't know how to analyze it..

to know the right time to buy a coin I think is very easy, you just need to see the color conditions in the market and some news from the coin, when there is bad news then you can buy the coin because it is definitely the price of coin is down.

April to the end of this year is a good time for trading. Try to see again the history of crypto price movement every year, in the bearish period do not trade, more suitable for long-term investment. I combine news research (mainly for longer term buys) with chart study. Works quite well.
