1. Do you guys encrypt your laptop? Example bitlocker or veracrypt? Reason is if someone has physical access to your laptop, they can put virus or malware to it? Such as a usb stick?

I really don't know much about Hardware wallets, but I agree wit you about keeping the private keys very secured. It's best to even store it offline, it guarantees more security.
