I think the way to spot a gambler addicted is they are trying to borrow your money to gambling. That surely is a gambler addicted.

That is 1 trait of a gambling addict also the lack of activeness of a person to communicate with other people and just focus on gambling alone, been thinking hard on how he/she could win the losses on a game, always blabbering about gambling non stop.

Yep, these are some traits but i will also like to add that people that don't seem to have anywhere to go apart from the gambling house  and spend all their time of the day over there are addicts and  they might be seeking to make recoveries at such times that's why all their lives are spent over there thinking about strategies.
It’s obvious that people who remain in gambling houses all the time when you ever get a chance to visit that place definitely means that they are gamblers and addicted ones.

They remain their just to seek message from every playing that which strategies at what time will be useful for themselves when they will be on the pitch facing the opponent. Remaining there all the time will make them a bigger addict than they are rather than to give them a chance of recovery.

I think that usually a guy which play games for a long time, risk to became a gambler addicted. Which method you use for stop plaiyng when you understand that you are near to became addicted?

For example, i don't play a lot or for long time (i play games spot during my free time), so i have no idea about, but i trade forex all day and when i had a significant  loss i usually turn off my Pc and i go out for a drink , just for not run behind loss.

Your theory is wrong , i'm addicted to games but i'm not addicted for gambling

Wasting too much time just thinking about strategies about gambling all day long without the regards of oneself, there are even some gamblers who even forgot to eat thinking about this and that to win a game which makes them more prone to losing in gambling.

Regardless if he is a gambler or not, I think we should not waste our time spotting if someone is a gambling addict or not. Though one exception may be if the gambling addict is your friend, family relative or someone close to you. I know that there is this initiative of helping a stranger to control his/her addiction but the changing of habits purely depends on their decision as an individual. Even if we exert some effort to help them, most of them would just return to their original ways. I know that even though are efforts are for the needy, some people are just close-minded when it comes to these things. The only way to help them is for them to help themselves.

As per you people who don't borrow money they are not addicted any of these games or in gambling?

There are many people who are addicted to these gambling games but they won't borrow still, they will play every day these games and lose money that doesn't mean that they are not addicted. They also addicted but somehow they can control themselves by not borrowing money.
The problem with those people, they are not admitting that they already have a gambling problem. As they always say, it's their money and
they are not bothering anyone when they are gambling. They think that just because they are not borrowing money to use for gambling, they are not yet addicted to gambling. It's simple, if you can't get your mind off of something and you can't stay away from it, I think that's simply addiction already. It doesn't necessarily need that you molest or borrow money from someone in order to call the gambler a gambling addict.

Most of them indeed have not come to terms with the fact that they are addicts and will do everything within their power to give any flimsy excuse to defend their gambling lifestyle.  There are some that keep saying they are playing for the fun of it and not the reward meanwhile they are looking for opportunities to recoup what they have lost but rather they keep pilling up more debt.

A gambler is addicted when he sold his properties for gambling. When his time is mostly spend for gambling than his family. When he bets with no control and make ways to borrow money for gambling. Its so sad but there was a news previously of a gambler who went into the casino and burn the place and took a suicide due to suffocation. They said he was an addicted gambler trying to ruin the place as revenge of his losses.

this is what exactly happened to our neighbor, he sells all his stuff like mobile phones , eletronic devices like tv and other important things in life like jeans and shoes because he is too much addicted to gambling not also in gambling but also in some other illgel activities like drugs. he even steals his parents money just to put it all in gambling if he suffers from a great loss. i also heard that news that your saying before that theres a rampage in private casino and i think its not because of the revenge , rather it was actually to hold up and ambushed some big time players to steal their cold cash.

Gamblers are hard to distinguish since they tend to camouflage and be so into the game. I guess you can spot a gambler if he or she bets really high and stays no matter how much he or she has already lost. I think the best way to avoid gambling is for you to keep yourself busy. Find something to do on a daily basis, even something that earns so that you wouldn't have to depend on the money you'll win from gambling. Do what you love and learn to control yourself.

I don't think playing games for long time is a way to spot gambler but instead if a person is seen on the gambling websites every time you see it means there can be chance he is a gambler and is addicted to it. Also, if the games are played only with the motive to earn more instead of fun then its obvious that the person is a addicted gambler. These people will always try to bet more than they can actually afford thinking that it may get them more more out of it but we all know that doesn't happen .

It's simple and easy actually to spot a gambler addict on dice sites or casino that have live tab chat to communicate with other gamblers. If you always see a name/nickname that always appear on the chat, it means he is an addicted gambler, because he never left the sites and gambling all days.

If a person can not live a single day without gambling, in spite of the fact that he loses a lot of money in them, then he definitely already has a dependence with which he can no longer cope.

There will be a lot of gamblers who want sleep or go to home if they can't gamble within a single day.
And if these people are keep on thinking and talking about their losses.
This is a spotted gambler.

They cant get enough sleep because of thinking of playing gambling games over the night. I think mostly of us if we are addicted to something we are always thinking it before we sleep because we want ir again . It is the same with gamblers that they tend to overthink their games.

Mostly we can spot a addicted gambler is by the eay he she talks because she he always talking about gambling and how big he earn or loss from it .
Even through their actions we can able to identify a gambling addict which we would see him mostly on gambling sites or even on gambling physical places. If we do think always on a thing we wont really easily sleep without minding that thing and as a gambler we would really think off or possibly make plans on what would be the strategies that you would do on tomorrows game.

Gambler becoming preoccupied or obsessed with obtaining money to gamble or thoughts of gambling. The great obsession can be on coming up with ways to borrow money, taking out loans, pawning items for cash, or planning their next bet.

Gamble more then they can afford to lose.  They have trouble keeping money.  Find ways to gamble on anything as well.

That's totally an addiction and I'm seeing a lot of it here, they gamble what they can't afford to lose.

And yet they aren't stopping but thinks that they will be one of the luckiest gambler ever.

Those people are broke because they can't live without gambling, I can see a lot of people like that here in my place always ended up with nothing but despite of difficulty in their life they still keep on gambling. Feel sorry for them because they live for gambling and just for a money. If you see gambling done nothing good to you then stop it before it ruin your life.
