i am very new to trading and would like to learn how to trade
...not sure where to start ... any suggestions would be very helpful ...
whats the best way to get the knowledge in this field ?
thank you

Well, to start trading using cryptocoin, you first need a capital amount. Try ranking up your account and joining some campaign or to buy some using fiat currencies to get you started.
After getting some capital, try learning how the economy works, trading BTC to alts and their values, and how to speculate their prices predicting when they will pump or dump. This takes skills
and determination but by trying to invest on smaller trades, you can learn it. Just be updated everyday to what's happening in the economy and you'll get used to it as you build up your experience.

bittrex or poloniex me i use poloniex for trading the more invest the more profit study atleast the cycle of the altscoin that you will buy, invest in bitcoin because i think bitcoin will go so high at the end of a year and i also in xem because i also think this will go so high after a year

Polo doesn't have that many coins to practice with when you're starting up on trading. I think its better to first trade in exchanges like yobit where you'll have more coins, minor coins that it that you can practice with what you've learned in forums and tutorials

Bittrex should be your training ground if you want to start trading and make sure you have enough capital to start trading. Know also which coins you want to trade with and if you would want to go for short term trading or long term. I've read most of these terms and learned from it through google wherein I searched topics about trading and in this forum too.

i appreciate all advices on the forum .....to be honest never thought i will get so many responses in short period of time
i have already some of the bitcoins and little bit familiar with alt coins , blockchain wallet , tresor , bittrex (just have an account)
i purchased already some of the tezos while at ICO thank to my friend who got me involved in all this Smiley
i started investing in bitcoin bit late but still in about end of may of this year and the plan was to keep them for 5-10.....years
now i am at the position of changes in my life (business) , i used to have a car hauling company and was making enough money
....but its constant headache - i am sure trading is stressful also (don't get me wrong , i am grown up person (34) and been through very tough times and difficulties in different businesses and ventures) , so today i drive a semi myself and make very good living but my point is to make money easier way
thats why i try to get as much information as possible before going full time trading , would like to have smooth transition from one business to another when confident what i am doing as a trader

Trading is an active style of participating in the financial markets that seeks to outperform traditional buy-and-hold investing. Rather than trying to profit from long-term uptrends in the markets, traders look for short-term price moves to profit in both rising and falling markets

one of the most important things you can do to improve your chances of success is to approach trading as a business.
For me, trading is all about keeping an eagle eye on the prices and able to make a right decision of selling and buying. Like I sold out some of bitcoins when it was 4775 dollars and now I have spent into bitcoins again. Hence, I hold more bitcoins than before.

Trading is medium risk way of earning lots and lots of bitcoins. Trading can be done right from the start of an ICO where coin is still under development or it can also be done on an exchanger where coins are already published and ready to invest directly.

You can learn about the trading, obviously the crypto related itself in the forum. You can browse through many threads here which are asking about trading ways or how to become successful in the trading likewise. You will find many more ways for yourself. However you can create your own strategy on how to earn profits in the trade market. Altcoins are profitable as long as you are investing money in step by step manner.

How to trade ?
First you need to find an OUTPUT and INPUT for your transaction.

INPUT-You need to know the place for you to buy Bitcoin using your own Fiat or other payment method,
OUTPUT-Find the place for you to withdraw your Bitcoin to Fiat after doing the trade.

if you already find it lets move to the strategy,
for BEGINNER,i recommend you to trade BTC/FIAT pair and vice versa.
do not trade an altcoin because you will get burned if you do that.
indeed you can get a lot of profits from doing that, but remember. You can lose it all in the next minute if you're not good enough.
that is why i said,do not trade an altcoin for now.Familiarize yourself with it first,
after you feel 'it',you can start to move on(next stage aka trade altcoin).

you don't want to lose anything while trading BTC/FIAT pair and vice versa?
all you need to do is holding, when you doing a daily trading and you buy in the top,do not sell it and keep holding it.
when the downward movement begin many people will start FUDDING and that is the time you must maintain yourself.
don't let your emotion take control.
just remember 'YOU WILL ONLY LOSE IT IF YOU SELL IT CHEAPER'.

after you get used by iti,it's not a problem for you to trade an altcoin
because trade an altcoin, you need a ton of patience and cool head
I think this is the best advice that i've read so far, this is on point and certain. Thanks for sharing this thoughts, this is what i am actually doing ever since i have started to learn about cryptocurrency. Patience is a virtue for those who knows how to wait.

Some beginners have followed a  next steps>
1. Figure out how much money you want to convert into cryptocoins
2. Open account on one of the top 10 currency exchanges
3. Deposit 25% of money you decided at 1. point on exchange you opened account at point 2.
4. Decide whether you are willing to trade 15mins/day (buy and hold) or 4h per day (active trading more trades per day)
5. Choose one or more coins on exchange (at beginning they should be all among top 15 based on market capitalization).
6. If you manage all steps from 1st step to 5th step by overall more than 1% profit, than you can deposit again another 25% funds you decided to trade at 1st step. If you made no profit or felt overanxious when you had 25% of your funds on market, than reduce the value portfolio to a level you will be ice cold.
7. Repeat step 6. that long as you  havent got all funds deposited.

NOTE> You should get gradually into trading cryptomarket and the best lessons you will gets on market when gets your hands dirty. Start slow and eventually step up.

DISCLAIMER> This not a trading advice so anyone applying it on their own risk.

Your advice is very correct.
Many newcomers want to make money on the exchange very quickly and therefore lose money.
But if you follow your advice, you can achieve success.
I would advise immediately after the purchase of a warrant for sale with a small margin (5-10%)

The best way is to learn everything by trying out that you could. Meaning go out there and start investing little amounts into altcoins which is first place people will try to invest money. Get to know yourself with altcoins, there are around 1050 altcoins available however more than fifty percent are shit coins which means they are not worth investing. So you are left with rest of the fifty percent from which you can choose top traded coins. This is choosing process before you could trade coins.

Secondly, go for coins which are in buzz here on the forum. These coins are the one which will be pumped soon, meaning they will get invested most and will get you bugger margins of the profit. Hope this tip will help you. Rest you will get to know by all yourself once you start investing.

Trading is not very easy. It's so difficult. I think trading is a mathematical term. If you have any mistake so you will lose your capital. But if you have no mistake will get a huge profit on it. So at first, you have to learn to trade properly. You can get a lot of resource post on this forum about trading.

I think trading is a science that must be studied directly. assuming that when you have a lot of experience then you can make the right decisions as well. I think when you just read the knowledge of trading then it will not make a big impact, you will get great knowledge when you always try to trade. so do it constantly until someday you can become a successful trader.
