This idea will not work for all the altcoins. Actually many traders think the under valued coins will get their appreciations when bitcoin finds huge value like some penny stocks work. But I have not seen any of them bouncing back.

Starting trading with low capital this types of under value altcoins are not at all recommended. They are highly vulnerable to get delisted from the exchanges at any time. We can start trading with bitcoin comfortably with low capital itself but we need to be ready to accept low profits. That is the key here. If you aim for big profits then you might need big capital which is not recommended in the beginning days of trading.

It's not a method, but more a complete gamble. Problem with coins that have barely any value at the beginning and suddenly explode in value, is that the far majority of the circulating coins are in the hands of a very small group of people. If that wasn't the case, then these coins most likely wouldn't rocket up in value. Right now the entire altcoin market is filled with these pump and dump coins. It doesn't mean you can't make any profit if you enter early enough, but the risks are not outweighing the potential benefits. One thing is sure - Bitcoin was the first ever crypto currency, and there is nothing that can replicate the success that Bitcoin had (and is still having, and will continue to have).

although it is very good to hold bitcoin for the price increase but i think the price of bitcoin is already trading very high therefore i think it will be very good if you invest your money in alt coin then it will be good because most of the people cannot afford bitcoin and therefore they have the opportunity to trade cheap alt coins.

Trading is not just an easy way to earn a money because whenever you will enter in the world of trading is such you put your money to risk. So that, trade only that you can afford to loose and you need a capital on it.
When you wanted to trade a very small amount in trading be careful and choose wisely on the currency that you want to trade because you cannot back to the pass.

It all depends on what your targets are. If you are willing to take higher than average risks, then smaller amounts will be sufficient enough to satisfy your needs.

If you are looking at the market from a conservative point of view, then you obviously need a larger initial investment balance to make the returns your gain worthwhile.

I personally look for a mid way solution where I try to find the right balance between the risk and reward ratio to form an acceptable investment entry point.

Well that pretty much applies to all trades especially for large amounts. Starting with small amounts means its ok to make mistakes because you won't be losing lot of money. It's actually advisable for those who's just starring to trade that they do it with small amounts first to get the feel of trading and to learn how it works. That way when you do trade with bigger quantities, you'll be much prepared

The way I see it, someone's trading using a very small amount of money because he doesn't have that much. Losing this amount of money would mean a lot to that user. Maybe not to you, because it would look a really small to you.

Even if you're trading with small amount of money, you should take trading seriously. As a newbie trader, you should prevent having losses rather than earning profits. Earning profits will be learned by you after you having some experience. You don't have to rush yourself.

If it's okay for you to lose this amount of money, that's probably the same way you'll feel when the money is larger.

Comparatively you can make decent income in altcoins as well but bitcoin would be option for most of the people due to its price value and its growth. Initially you can start up with amount which equals to 100$ as a minimum amount in trade. Once you get into it you will know the tactics about trading completely.

I guess suggesting $100 is good but then you can also trade on how much you can really trade on there is no required amount of money, because it is in how much you can give for trading.
And so there are many suggestions and advices around here on how to manage right trading.
