If you want to stay away from gambling then first thing is you shouldn't visit any of these gambling sites because as you said those games are so attractive and people who are interested in gambling couldn't control after seeing those games. So it is better to avoid visiting these sites and try to spend more time with family members and friends outside then may be slowly can't avoid these gambling habits.

If you are unable to win games on gambling and are losing your money on there, and want to stay away from gambling thenjoin some services where you can earn some money without any bet or lose and join some games where you do not have pay for it to play.

This is a good idea. By doing so, you get the same effect or enjoyment you get in gambling but not the bad ones. This will remove losing money while still enjoying winning and earning money. The person must just focus on earning online like doing signature campaign or doing services.

I think you should go first to the doctor or psychiatrist to check how to prevent to gamble or how to stay away in gambling..provably if you are addicted its hard to stay away easily in gambling so better to go first in psychiatrist maybe he can brainwash you to don't gamble..

I'd like to justify the word "brainwash". Psychiatrists use operant conditioning to change the patient's behaviour. Some uses positive reinforcement (rewarding the patient whenever he does not gamble for a day), and punishment or negative reinforcement (do not get food if the patient gambles within the day).

I Think go to church and pray Smiley Or go to vacation with your family and friends.

I don't think going to church and pray would work at all even though that would make you busy for a short time. Going out on a vacation is a good suggestion because it will make the gambler excited about what he's about to do. It will take gambling out of his mind on the time being. But when he's back to his home I wonder if he'll never get the urge to gamble.

The effect of exercise on your overall well being cannot be overstated. When you find yourself giving in, go to the gym. It will take your mind off it, and can improve mental health long term, you might just overcome your habit.

That is true. Instead of gambling, go for an exercise. It will keep you in shape, remove the bulging tummy and keeps you healthy. And you won't lose money doing it. Unlike gambling, sitting all day behind a computer is a complete opposite of exercise.

Joining a synchronous activity will really really take your attention away from gambling. People who do synchronous stuffs like dancing, zumba, or exercise tend to be committed with the group. This will make you live longer and in shape as well as keep you busy, making yourself not able to think about gambling throughout the day.
im not agree on that, going church is not hard.. Altough little time to give us time on god nothings impossible in any kind of problem Smiley

For some people going to church is hard just like me. Although I really have that kind of plans but I got tempted in doing other senseless things like this gambling. I really make it a point that when I go to a solemn place I should surrender myself fully to GOD. It's a matter of setting your priorities and time management.

I don't think it will work the only way to stay away from gambling is to hold strong self control and that will allow you to stay away from gambling for sure.

Find another hobby or go vacation but I prefer camping or hiking or something else that can make you stay away from gambling

Why Everybody keep on saying to get a hubby or do something or what ever?! it is always kind of repeating don't you think? it always kind of a redundant and I really think that if the one gambling is really addicted he can't really do something about something that can control his addiction or rather he doesn't have a free will just by stopping his addiction by himself actually.
You just have dont find a hobby but you can also do some sports and that is also good for your body and also much cheaper than gambling and also not that wasted.
But find something else with gambling is hard because it is also hard to stop with gambling so you need find something really good to stop with gambling.

You can indeed find some hobbys or something that you like to do but it is really hard to stop gambling because will get really addicted to it but that is not that bad to gamble.
The only thing that you have to do if you are gambling is control yourself and lose not that much money, gambling is only made for fun.

The best thing that you can do is just find some distraction and also important is that you have to know that gambling is bad to do because you can lose a lot of money with it.
It is hard to stop with gambling but you should know that gambling is really bad to do, so just find a hobby or something.

Yes indeed, you just need to find another hobby and that it will most likely be no problem.
Out of experience I can also say this because I had the same problem, my hobby is now doing video games on my console.
