~ You should always strive for a better life, but at the same time be content with what you have.
I have seen many people who sleep on the road and nothing like traffic noise or road lights can disturb their sleep. This is the only reason they live for each day. They don't have any thoughts or needs for the future. As soon as the need arises in a person there is a problem, sleep is forbidden. And if we could be satisfied with what we are achieving, we would be mentally well. But the nature of the demand that will continue to grow gradually, is the result of not being able to control the mentality. So we should make a habit of being satisfied and that will eliminate our extra worries and live a healthy and beautiful life.

Exactly. That's what I'm saying, be content with what you have. But pursuing your goals is fun, don't forget about that. Smiley So, set a goal, maybe just a little one, but still it's better than living with no purpose.
Those who wander aimlessly are equal to the dead and are passengers in a boat without a sailor. To this day those who have remained determined to achieve their goals have never been touched by extraneous or frivolous thoughts. So we should go ahead with our goals and be satisfied with the results we get.

First you must understand what is the issue you are overthinking and search for people that might help you with that or at least has an experienced about that same problem and from that there will be an answer and how you can get out of those thinking.
mostly it is from our problems and issues in life that we are not putting actions , instead we are keeping seeking about the solution but we cannot make it in reality.
and also , try not to think about things that will not directly impact your life , just face those what you need to prioritize .

Overthinking has been a big problem in most of the peoples life. Gives you a negative attitude, affects your relations with friends, family etc. How can you possibly stop yourself from overthinking when probably you have no control of what to think?

Keep yourself busy with different activities. It won't help if those activities will boring for you. You will just be thinking and overthinking while doing those jobs, so find something really engaging for yourself and start doing it.
Obviously, by doing something interesting to yourself, overthinking can be removed. Also when excessive thoughts fill the mind, you can walk on a street and see how many poor and helpless people are living on the street. You can remove your excessive worries by observing how they are living there. Then think about those helpless poor people on the street then your mind will be diverted from overthinking and from there many good deeds will happen.

Actually, you can be happy even being poor and living on the street. It's hard, but it's a supreme skill. You should always strive for a better life, but at the same time be content with what you have.

There are many reasons why a person becomes overthinking, one of which is trauma, maybe he or she has experienced something bad or seen a bad condition, which causes uncontrollable overthinking. Overthinking is part of insecurity and depression, so it is important to manage your own thoughts, continue read good books and always discuss problems with those closest to you to get natural healing

I have learned from my mentor that if you wanted to stop overthinking then you must have someone in your side that can assure you of safety and love, and for me this is why my Wife helps me in everything as how my mother used to when I was a kid.

so  find your either bestfriend or partner? you choose but that would be a big help.
The name of friendship is trust which is based on helping each other, standing by each other in danger, being together in happiness and sadness and friendship influences our whole life wherever we are. Friendship is like a mirror in which you can see yourself. When any great thing happens in life it is because of friendship, so in any limitation in our life, the company of friendship works like a magic wand, making the mind voluptuous. When we realize that we are indulging in overthinking, relief will surely happen if we come in touch with friends.

Unnecessary worries distract everyone from their normal activities it is not possible to focus on one's own work that's why drop everything and go back to something old. Along with yoga painting reading books will relieve excess anxiety. Also focus on hobbies you had years ago or start anew.
and with that we will adopt more sickness because of not normal daily living because of overthinking  ,
 imagine you are exaggerating things while it is still not happening ? I also use to have this attitude back
then but thanks to my wife that keeps me pushing to never feel such way and yeah I win against this.

Overthinking is not  an easy thing and one should not play with it when it's identify because many depression today is as a result of overthinking, which have course many sickness such as stroke, BP issue etc. one must be cautious of how he/she think over issues ,nit all thing is to be carried to heart some things need to be discharged from the heart for more safety and good health.
exactly , there are several cases that people thinks he have been having some sickness but not knowing
that it is caused by overthinking and for me people must be alert of this specially with their love ones that
suffering in the same issues .

 some others thought they are just having insomnia or some other disease  but the truth is? they are
suffering from Overthinking .

Overthinking can be stopped by engaging in good, constructive and social activities and spending time with good friends and successful people and analyzing them. Another thing I do often is meditation. That is when I find myself overthinking something, and it's usually negative thinking, I sit in a quiet environment and meditate. Seemed to release all the stress excess thoughts and negativity within me. Another effective way is to wake up early in the morning and exercise for a certain time which gives us good physical and mental health.

start believing in your self and believe in what you can do on your own  , sometimes or most of
the time is that overthinker people are those who has lack of trust to themselves that is why they are thinking
of what can happen here and there , I use to be the same but not when i learn the basic to love myself and trust it.
Be with people that has good aura .


Be with people that has positive views.


Be with people that you love and people who love you.


Be with mature people and those who can advise you for betterment .


Be Happy always in life .
exactly , we must be with positive people and that shows how can keep our heart
and health in rightful way of living.

Over thinking is as a remembering the past and having more task to tackle ahead of you resulted to this. You can easily avoid it by way of applying negligence to some bordering task, forget the past, don't carry don't let another person Borden be of equivalent to your Borden by way of thinking how to render them solution, do some relaxation, sport, go out on some recreational center or viewing center and relates with friends and play music these can reduce dramatically over thinking.

Try as much as you can to make money, money gives happiness and if you already have the money make sure you have men that know things keep them around you ,they will make you happy, because whatever you want you will send them they will get it for you, listen to good music at all time
