I am often overthinking things aswell - I recommend trying to focus on what is happening right now. Start counting the things on your desk or concentrate on steady breathing, this often helps Smiley

Forbearance, it means that you are patient in doing everything, do not be squeamish, do it with a normal and reasonable rhythm. Let it flow, let it run as it is, if you are squeaky, then you will feel anxious and restless. In the end you will think negatively, and mess up everything you do, and you will bother to check that you do many times.

Grow gratefulness
Being grateful means that you are thankful for all the blessings God has given you. Do not always look up, look down, look at people less fortunate than you. Do not get stuck in the past, and do not think too much about the future. Just do your best today, because tomorrow we will never know what will happen next. So relax and enjoy your life. Do not be too upset and not too ambitious (greedy).

First what's the reason for your overthinking?
Think just one issue at a time. Don't waste your time thinking on things you can't change. Trust God and trust His heart. Wait on Him. He's never early never late.

Watch movies and video clips that make you laugh. Stop from thinking too much before you sleep. Let your mind go blank and just close your eyes. Listen to good music. Eat food that will make you happy. You don't want to have wrinkles all around your face.

Stay positive. People don't want to be associated with pessimistic individual. Hope that helps.

You dont have to stop your mind overthingking, accept it face it and challenge yourself what is bothering your mind. The more we escape the problems the more we grow weaker. Be strong always look forward.

Do something or activity that pleases you
You need to rest your mind from something that takes your energy and your time. You may need to do your hobby that pleases you. This can help in diverting your mind for a moment to something that can refresh your brain..

To be able to reduce overthinking gives your mind  enough to rest and also doing activities that can relax your mind such as yoga.

Just  be positive all the time,pray,keep busy and do your interest in life,its normal to undergo some trials but we should to accept everything because thats the true meaning of life.

Always do self introspection.

in order not too overthinking we have to trust fully to our spouses ... because trust is the number one in a relationship, so we do not be too over enough to believe in the relationship would be durable

To stop overthinking have something that will take your mind away from thinking. If you don't have a job then get a job, Have people that you can talk to, When you are alone keep your self busy with your cell phone or book. Just get busy.
