can you read? he wrote its SP_ MOD ... its premium miner for 0,05btc (or 0,1?)

Actually, smartass, he wrote "sp-mod":

ccminer alexis cuda 7.5 sp-mod build does 1360h/s on the gtx 1070. This miner is pure crap.

And searching for the phrase "ccminer alexis sp-mod" turns up this page of results:

https://www.google.com/search?num=30&client=firefox-b-1&ei=-IpjWoTBDYHKsQXSmoLgCg&q=ccminer+alexis+7.5+sp-mod&oq=ccminer+alexis+7.5+sp-mod&gs_l=psy-ab.3..33i160k1l2.174474.175532.0.176300.7.7.0.0.0.0.180.704.0j5.5.0....0...1c.1.64.psy-ab..2.2.323....0.QkvKgHShabM

The first result links to a thread started by sp_ and the first page of this thread has a very likely candidate for this mythical "sp-mod" ccminer:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ccminersp-mod-modded-nvidia-maxwell-pascal-kernels-826901

But please continue to school me in the art of reading comprehension...

tested exactly that version now ... instead of 8,5MH on rig with 6*70ti i have only 3MH ....

edited: and btw there is only 1 SP .... its SP_ ... no other person or group SP- doesnt exist .....

Lol, not the most diplomatic of responses, but I'll give ccminer alexis a try next anyway.

EDIT - Trying it now, and if it is the version available from here - https://github.com/sp-hash/ccminer/releases - then it sucks donkey balls; I'm getting about 365-385 kH/s, so about 1/3rd even the KlausT variant of ccminer.

I currently have the intensity set to 3, and just restarted the miner because I noticed the hashrate had dropped from ~1300 to ~1100 for no good reason; this was with -i 2 set, though not sure that has anything to do with it. I wasn't doing anything with the computer at the time, either - it mainly just runs this one miner for now.

EDIT - so after ~1 hour of running at -i 3 the hashrate once again precipitously dropped from ~1300 to ~1150. I'm going to restart again - and kick the intensity up a notch - to see if this is consistently occurring after 1 hour. GPU temp has been steady at 65C, so it isn't an overheating issue, either.

What's the 1080 Ti performance?
I don't care about chip or OC settings, interval from-to is fine.

A related (and not trolling) question... I just tried out hsrminer on a Windows 10 machine with a single GTX 1080 and Neoscrypt went from around 1040 kH/s with ccminer-klaust to 1230 kH/s - a sizable improvement more than worth the devfee. However, moving the exact same card over to a Windows 7 machine resulted in an average speed of about 1130 kH/s while ccminer-klaust still does around 1040 kH/s. Granted, hsminer still handily beats ccminer-klaust, but what could cause the drop in hashrate? The Nvidia drivers are the same on both machines, the amount of RAM is the same - 16GB - but the Windows 10 machine has an AMD FX-8300 CPU while the Win7 machine has an AMD Phenom II x4 955 (a generation older).

I'm guessing I need to tweak intensity on the Win7 machine, but it would be nice to know what the current intensity is so I don't have to go through a laborious iterative search.

With latest driver? Or you need to install some ancient shit?

Please compile a linux version, you are loosing hundreds of cards with potential fees. Windows is useless for mostly anything, especially if you run 10-12 cards per rig. Also check different neoscrypt pool stats, majority are still on ccminer-tpruvot and ccminer-klaust.

See if your drops in hashrate correlate with changes in chip temperature. GPU throttles down its clocks with increase in temp.

Yeah, it seems that GPU throttling caused the performance drops that I was seeing. I had my temp limit at 75°C and after changing it to 80°, local hashrates are rock solid. This is a bit strange because actual temps always stay between 65° and 68° and never go above 70°. But right now, I'm perfectly happy with hsrminer. Hashrates on the pool still seem to be more volatile than with KlausT, but overall performance is considerably better. Thank you, palgin. Here are my current settings:

Single KFA2 GTX 1060
Power Limit 60%
Temp Limit 80° (actual temp 65-68°)
Core Clock +150 (actual clock 1366-1455 MHz)
Memory Clock -400 (3402 MHz)

Are your video cards all at stock settings? What motherboard and power supply are you using? Do you have the latest drivers?

I've tried various setting in Afterburner, the most success I've had so far is with the stock settings. It's an MSI z270 Pro motherboard. Had two EVGA GQ psu's (1000w and 650w) but the 650 has never worked, so currently utilizing the 1000w until the 1300w G2 arrives next week. Even operating at 90% of the psu's efficiency, I'm good on power. Have 2 SSD drives, 120g and 260g. I added the second one because i read that I needed a large paging file and was running out of room on the first drive. All drivers are up to date. All equipment is brand new.

I'm still having this issue. I have 4 of my 5 cards working. I think the 5 is broken. HSRminer will run for a few minutes and then  crash with this error.

Cuda error in func 'neoscrypt_cpu_hash_1070' at line 1460 : unspecified launch failure.

The miner just stopped at that point or sometime feezes the whole computer. I have added RAM. I now have 32 GB of RAM. I've adjust all the settings that were recommended. I reinstalled each of the cards individually which worked. I have 4 running cards and 1 that doesn't. I think this crashing issue in HSRminer is related to the paging file. Currently set at the minimum being 16000 and the max is 55000. 5 Gigabyte cards GTX 1070 Windforce OC with 8 gb on board.

Any help you can offer would be great. Been slaving at this for way too long.

I too would like some data on intensity settings, if anybody has them.

So far I've tried a few intensity settings out with surprising results:

I started with -i15 because I just assumed -i16 would bring my system to its knees, but hsrminer crashes with illegal memory access error at line 1500 with this setting. So I tried -i14; same result. Then -i13 and -i12; again, same result. Perplexed, I tried the other end of the scale and set -i1. The miner successfully starts and shares are accepted. When the first hashrate report prints it says 1275 kH/s. Thinking this might just be because difficulty is so low during the first minute or so of operation on a vardiff port, I let it run for a few more minutes and the average climbs to around 1290 kH/s.

I'm not sure what is going on here, but it definitely wasn't what I expected...  Undecided

EDIT - after ~15 minutes at -i2 average hashrate is 1298 kH/s, so slightly higher. Power consumption crept up by 10W as well. This seems to be going in the expected direction now.
