When you can’t fall asleep, relax. It’s nothing to be tense. As long as you feel energetic, it doesn’t matter that you can’t fall asleep. The more nervous you are, the less you can sleep. Or you can listen to soft music to relax your nerves, so you can have a comfortable state.

Is the work and rest time changed? If you have been sleeping during the day, it is normal to not sleep late at night. Set an alarm clock to get up early, do not sleep during the day, stick to a few days, and adjust to a normal work and rest time. Grin Grin

Please get out of bed when you can't sleep. If you have been lying in bed for 20-30 minutes and still cannot fall asleep, please leave the bed and bedroom directly and go to the living room or study to do something that you like and relax, such as listening to some soothing music, reading some relaxing books, etc. Wait until sleepy comes, then go to bed. If you still cannot sleep, repeat the above steps after 20-30 minutes.

Is it boring to be at home every day? If you go to work, get up early, if you go to work overnight, you will have no energy. Change your biological clock, find something to do, and don’t play with your phone before going to bed to keep yourself energetic.

Don't think about it before going to bed. You can go to bed early, exercise, and listen to some soothing music to help you sleep.
yups just forget about the case and believe in your sleeping habit.

eat small amount at night and drink warm water that will help circulate the blood normally .

I hope my comment is late coz you have fallen asleep now. When I can't sleep, I listen to gentle music, slow in rhythm, making me feel tranquil or sad, at the same time, try to listen to the lyrics instead of thinking about the chores in life.

This could not be a solution to everyone and may not be a feasible one. Instead try to work out in the evening which can help you get tired and you will require sleep in the end.
