I sent whitcoins to cryto from another exchange, and in that exchange i saved Cryto addr as a lable
So i sent whitecoins by mistake Cry
I wonder why you mistakenly copy that address? Do you trade regularly on cryptopia?
So perhaps you are aware that it was hacked recently and funds are not yet fully return to its user so the chances of your coins of getting back is low.

Anyway, how much the value of your coin? I mean if it isn't that valuable just let it go anyway and don't stress yourself out.

Is Cryptopia active again? How did you find the deposit address of cryptopia if they were not active yet.

Nothing can be done now other than waiting for cryptopi to come online and request support team for refund your money.

If they are still control the old wallet, i think they have the obligation to help me return coins to me
because I have lost some of my coins in cryptopia fully because of their neglect of duty
help me to return coins back is not difficult thing.
I'm really sorry about what happened zjt but as stated, they have emailed most of their users and gave a certain instruction that if someone deposited after their said cutoff, no refunds will do.

That's huge money, I'm surprised that people still trust Cryptopia after the two hacking, anyway there's no way you can retrieve your coins, but it is still up to them if they want to retrieve which I doubt they will just leave Cryptopia ad hopefully all those reading this post will do the same.
Cryptopia are online again and this can be the reason why investors are still trusting this exchange since the hacking incidents, they believe cryptopia are so serious with their business. This is an expensive mistake, and its hard to take back that money. Its literally your fault and you have to be ready and accept this mistake.

They're under no obligation to refund you those coins. But it looks like they are still controlling the old wallets, and it would be very unethical on their part if that is the case. But I am afraid that you are left with few options.

I believe every exchange is very strict to their rules that's why you can't actually do nothing about it anymore. If they allow you to recover your coin, more and more cases like yours will open and it will be a burden for them. Yes, I think it is a burden now because they have sent a notice that no deposit shall be made and you still made one, even if it is by accident.

Well as with any other mistakes when it comes to deposits and withdrawals to the wrong address,  i guess you just have to charge this to experience and learn from it. When an exchange says no, there's almost no chance of you retrieving anything.

How did you even get the  deposit address from the exchange? You need to login first and then check the address but did you directly deposited to an old address you had without even trying to login? You should know that exchanges keep changing their deposit address everytime and I feel so sorry for your loss. Please be careful next time.

It's partially your fault for not looking into the announcements with it. You know that Cryptopia was hacked recently and they are still recovering their losses and computing the amount they are going to give back. I know that they started operations again but I didn't know that you cannot deposit. Maybe this could have been prevented if there was a pop-up or a warning sign that you shouldn't deposit in their exchange.

I think nothing you can do about it mate, I mean they clearly state that don't deposit any coin in any amount to their wallet. They not even completely cover the lost coin when it is clearly their fault, you think they'll bother to send back coin you accidentally send. And why at the first place you "accidentally" send your coin there?
Anyway sorry for your lost mate, and its a big amount of money in my opinion. So next time you want to move your coin/token to any other wallet beside yours you better double check the address.

Right, they have clearly said not to deposit any tokens in their exchanger. I have few tokens there but everything is zero. You have rightly said, he sent accidentally in cryptopia. Support may help him if they have anything to do but i think they will not support him.

It's your fault but it doesn't something which can't be done. Try to contact again with them. Try contacting their representor in bitcointalk. I hope it will work. If they don't give it back to you, it will be their shaddy behavior. I hope you get back your coins.

Sorry about that zjt, it's no use and we can't help you on this matter.

They already informed everyone that after cut off deposits will never be recovered.  Undecided

You know. If you answered that they can not return your deposit then this is the end. How many times each of us was wrong? For such reasons, I do not keep money on depositing deposits. I made tokens to the stock exchange many times, and then the project stated that they change tokens. And I didn’t always succeed in withdrawing my coins.

If you are refused. You will not be able to return your coins. This is the world of cryptocurrency. Do not make mistakes.

unfortunately, there are always mistakes and they are lurking here.
and the crypto environment is still so young and fragile that it can have serious effects.
i hope you can survive the matter as well as possible Smiley

If the supporter give me some proof indicate their whitcoin wallet is stolen and no any private key in their hand, I will only regret to do that deposit ang give up

I  can not image wallet.dat file is not copied in that a big exchange

Pretty sure to read the main problem of the recent hack activity on cryptopia. They have lost about more than 100k $ last 3 months ago. And im pretty sure they would not give back ur whitecoins since its wallet got hacked.
