Well in my own opinion when the market is not healthy it is the time where it gives opportunities to everyone to invest on thier favorite coin before the bull market starts.
I think the same. It's the best time to invest in coins you like and see the future in it. Also, it's a great time to learn and analyze the way how the cryptomarket works. 
In bear markets, many people think like you do (ie great depression, 2008 housing crash, etc). Those that are good with their investments see it as an opportunity.
Those who are still in panic and think that good times are not going to return again, should be reasonable sensible. Do you really think that this is it? Crypto will stop existing or what?) No, it's just a beginning. We may not see this dizzy growth like it was in 2017, but certainly crypto is going to consolidate and level out.

The market will bounce back, but it will take some time. I would say it will take another 1-2 year to hit all time high , but this is a great start for first time investors. Crypto is still not widely adapted yet, we may see more investement flowing to the market in future.

You should understand that any market has its own laws and regulations and after each correction comes growth. Now the market is in consolidation and is ready for new heights. We need to wait a little longer.
People who don't have patience towards market it is better to sell their coins in the market because nobody doesn't know when the market starts recovering. Instead of losing patience it is better to hold them in the market until the price starts increasing again.
