true, that all casinos have their own rules and we are also aware of all those rules and also have to meet all wagering requirements or whatever to be able to claim bonus or promotional offers as OP wants.
but it looks like the OP wanted something easy and almost unconditional.

The wagering requirement for withdrawals is definitely one that must be present on all sites because in this case what are we depositing if in the end it is withdrawn.
