A question arose in my mind after reading your topic that if you don't have to make any wager then why would you deposit on gambling website? There are many exchangers already available for depositing and withdraw. And when you make a deposit on a gambling website, take a good look at their environment beforehand, because most of the gambling casinos now require it for withdrawing.
On the other hand, when you go for the lowest minimum withdrawal, you will not get the lowest withdrawal fee in the casino, and the exact opposite will happen when you want to get the lowest withdrawal fee.

Maybe the best thing you can do is to find a local online casino. In that way, you will deal with your own currency and not with crypto. The withdrawal amount of crypto-casino mostly depends on what crypto you are trying to do and it just makes sense to have a wagering requirement, around x1 in most cases.

Frankly the way you've posted pretty junky threads in this section today, there's something not quite right with how you play and you should probably steer well clear of any gambling. Put your money into a bank account and save it up, because I doubt you understand the simple odds that dictate you will keep on losing money forever. You seem to think the definition of "best casino" is one that will let you go from $10 up to 1 million dollars like they are some kind of charity. They are businesses that are designed to take money from many people like you and make a profit, not magically make every customer rich for no reason. No casino will allow withdrawals without any wagering requirement. Even fiat online casinos do have a requirement like that. But we are not talking about a high wagering requirement here. Should be easy for you to reach those conditions

Just by seeing number 1 is not enough to be on any casinos, I suggest to just increase your bankroll even just for $20 I guess for a minimum. If you know the ways about Metamask or something similar then I suggest you need to interact with some casino dApps considering most of them doesn't require you to deposit or withdraw.

If they do not give you a minimum withdrawal threshold then you may try to withdraw $2 and in some cases the network free could be $5. I minimum saves the hassle for them. I saw casino even have $50 minimum withdrawal limit.

As others have already told you, I also confirm that from my point of view, a casino offering :

-no wager requirement before withdrawing
-no min deposit amount

would probably be a casino that would have a very high risk of exit scam, and would be out of any protection for the customer/end user. This would therefore involve a very risky business for both parties and I can't see a configuration where it would be beneficial overall.

Better to find the casino that most closely matches what you are looking for, and then adapt a bit to their rules and options.

Too much risk on top of the fact that gambling is already risky, it seems excessively unwise to me.

Alright so no, there is no chance for you to find a legitimate casino with those terms, in my opinion. And I would highly recommend against visiting any shady casinos which might or might not turn out to be total scams.

The reason why I say no is because casinos need to follow regulations and they are obviously for-profit. No casino is going to let you use their services entirely for free, especially if you do not even gamble.

Your requirement of 2. no wager requirement before withdrawing could be seen as super shady. As if you are looking to launder money through their casino. So the casino owners might see that as a red flag.
