The average of all casinos is like that, and each casino has its own rules or policies on the points you mentioned, and when you look for the best in a casino it is very difficult because it has its flaws, its weaknesses and its limitations to serve its customers, I guess if you focus on the point you mentioned maybe until whenever you will be very frustrated.
For me the casinos that can do the best are those that pay their customers when I withdraw my money from the casino and of course after I follow the terms of withdrawal I think that's fair enough.

98% of the casinos in the space accept the minimum withdrawal of $10 but the question is that how much will you deposit to play and how much do you win? Or you just want deposit and withdraw it back? The amount you are mentioning is too small as a gambler. Is it that you want to use it to test the casino to know if the withdrawal process is smooth or what?. Every crypto casino has minimum withdrawal limit and wagering requirement because they have to abide the AML policy of regulators and also the withdrawal fee can be certainly higher than what you are going to withdraw and do you think anyone will be withdrawing 1 dollar and paying 10 dollars as fee?

I also read the op's previous post where he was looking for a small casino that he can trust, and if we analyze both threads we can conclude that ops are just looking for free bonuses or airdrop without haven't to work or make a commitment.

The no-no area is the part he said he wants a wager-free casino and we all know how impossible that is in the gambling market today because casinos also are looking for revenue and their must meet AML acts.

Just as other users have told you about withdrawal without wagering that it's not possible, hope you've deleted such thiigts from your mind and I think the major reason for the wagering before withdrawal feature is to help help fight money laundering by scammers and cyber criminals hence it would have been very easy to cart away stolen money and you should also know that the casino is also here for business also to make profit and the profit can only come when you wager and just as it is said that nothing is guaranteed in gambling which implies that you can either win big or loss your Money but whichever way, you have to wager before making withdrawal.

There are many casinos in this forum where you can get such a facility. But in this case you may not be able to withdraw anything from the Bitcoin chain. You need to withdraw any coins from BSC or Polygon chain.

If you can't find those requirements you set then don't gamble because every casino has a anti laundering method implemented so that they will not get abuse by fraudulent people. But if you really seek for reliable casino there are so many here just check the thread of existing long time running casino since you can read a good or bad feedback there.
