There are many good coins to invest in. The problem is most of them are currently in peak price and not a good timing to buy.

1. i know insane profit = insane risk , but majority of the coins currently in top 200 have gained more than 10000%.
2. I tried mining eth back in 2018, invested alot of money. 7 GPUs 200 M Hashrate. But effort time was alot more. I am living in a country with expensive electricity. I cant just collect coins and pay electricity bill from my pocket
3. I lost money in new projects as well e.g. there was a scam coin agena (AGN) . I read posts , websites , white paper as far as i can digest before investing in it. Thought legit but it turned out to be a scam.
4. There are 100s of coins with ico every year , majority of them are scam. Dont know the way to identify the right ones with wrong ones. If you know then you can tell this information or if something secret please do not hesitate to message me

If you haven't invested your $1k yet then I suggest you must go for ETH and BNB at the moment. You can get a handsome amount of profit from both of them. ETH will surely cross $2k in a day or two and BNB might go past $300 in a week or two.
if I had $ 1000 I would invest in BNB Coin, I think BNB has a very high price increase potential this year. Due to the growing community need for BNB coins for swap fees.
$ 1000 is a sizable amount of capital to invest in crypto of course there will be many choices of coins which you want to invest in, I personally prefer new and not top coins currently i invest in SFP and TWT both coins look really good enthusiasm and good enough defense maybe you can choose from one of the coins that I mention right

wow with $ 1000 it looks like you can make a lot of money if you are consistent in trading and want to learn, because if you are able to trade maybe 7 days or 2 weeks you can get $ 500, but if you invest you are not necessarily able to produce things like I mentioned quickly, advice for you if you want to invest better in BNB only.
The price of BNB already rallied a lot in the past few days, so it is not safe to invest now. Last week it was around $30 and now it is valued over $130 and i wont be comfortable to invest when the coin already rallied. But you must be careful for choosing coins and make some research first about the coins that you want to invest.
And must better to separate your 1000 usd in different coins if you want more coins to invest than choosing only one coins.
because it is very important so that we are not wrong in choosing coins,
maybe we can invest in ethereum, polkadot and cardano because i see them all promise,
but again it all depends on individual decisions

These coins are good but if I will choose in your list I will oy choose btc because all of those 4 are already flying so I already missed the flight, I think OP mag consider $IOST lot of news has been posted for this coin and looks good for long term as well.
