Why is there still a response to this question? Has the thread creator again reported? Hundreds of answers and the guy has not been reading here for a long time. I always find it funny that such topics still live.
Wow! this is a great quantity you have. But hold for another 2 or 3 years you will get the value as like bitcoin today. If you don't mind please give me some ETH as loan and I will give you some other cryptocurrency as co-lateral. Please consider my problem and tell me here. If you wish it will be a great help for me. But, atlast I return you all your coin. I need only 20 ETH.
Eth is a gold standart atm. Dont be surprised if we will see eth, not btc dominance at CMC by the end of year.
If you desperately need money, sell max 50. If not, hold it, weather looks good out there for ether and I expect it to hit 0.1 BTc value very soon.

but if you are in need of funds, there is nothing wrong you sell some assets you have, the decision is entirely in your hands, do not hurry, because I believe the volume of assets you have will rise in value
you said that you bouht your eth at a high price. if i were you dont sell you coin if it is not badly needed. hold your eth beacause it will be pump soon like btc.

I agree for that also, hold it for a long term so that in return you will see how would it pumps like bitcoin, we now that eth is more precious among others and it is the one who can reach the btc price as speculated.In martketcap there's no reason for the coin not to pump as long as it will more helpful and meaningful ccoin with the high value also.
Wow that's a lot. I suggest you hold sell a bit when ETH reach around $5k then wait until it reach $10k. Maybe 2-5 years it will reach that range of price. Nice choice by the way you hold a lot of ETH right now I congratulate you. Best of luck.

because this now still good price, over 1000 dollar, i think you get double profit youre money,

250 Ethereum is a huge!. to My opinion Never don't sell Ethereum! , just hold.Because the future of Ethereum is bright. Eth price is increasing day by day. its clear as mirror that eth price will be double in coming weeks.
Are you sure that ETH will double in coming weeks?
I'm afraid that won't be happening,, marketprice are down for all coins including BTC for over 2 weeks for now... I'm not sure there will be any double in upcoming weeks for ETH, at least not until the market stabilized ~

I would suggest for all ETH holders to follow closely competitors' projects like EOS and Tezos.
Closer to public releases of their test-nets, main-nets -> I would sell at least part of ETH, cause those projects will drag the attention to them. But with a current number of projects already created on ERC-20 tokens it is quite safe to say that ETH won't disappear in the nearest years. I do believe in one of the two scenarios: a) ETH updates the network, fixes the scaling problem and becomes the standard; b) EOS/Tezos/etc project comes with a product with fixed scaling problem faster, and then there are 2-3-5 similar projects dominating the market.
Long story short - ETH will peak the prices 1-3 weeks before launching of competitors networks; after the launch - it will probably go down for relatively medium-long term. But it will stay as a huge player for at least several years from now, so pretty safe to keep "savings" in ETH. If ETH's team will be able to make an update and fix scaling problem at least 1-3 weeks before launch of competitor's networks, then its price will go to the moon.

Hold 70% , sell 30% and invest with other potential altcoins. But don't sell yet and wait for the 2nd quarter for eth's price will likely to increase when all the brouhaha over other countries cryptos ban is over. Holding big percentage of your eth is a smart decision for we all know eth's potential to still grow bigger given the fact that many icos and projects are etherium network-based. Just be patient until it soar to its highest peak. Good luck.
now that the price is down, I recommend you hold it, wait for the February ban, then think about the future of the market, decide to sell or not to sell later
