Hello,

Don't know if you are still around but a friend and I might be able to help you.

Thanks to technology improvement (and my friend being and crypto algorithm genius) we have a wallet recovery tool that is immensly more effective than everything else. Some wallets that use to be lost forever can now be saved!

We are new to this, hence the low number of messages here, but it is very possible that we can help you recover your wallet if you still need help.

We are well aware this space is full of scammers so just so you know :

> We are not going to ask for any money or info from you upfront
> We are doxxed and willing to do a video call with you to prove it
> Anything you'll need to feel safe we'll do if possible

Just contact me via DM or via [email protected] and we'll talk to see if our technology can solve your situation.

Looking forward to hear from you if we can help,

its impossible, the word arrangement itself was provided and made to be one of its security features.
i already feel sorry for you though.
try to check if you have backed it up in different way.
thats the only thing i could think of that you could retrieve it.

Hello everyone...

Hopefully this is the right place to post something like this.

12 ETH was sent to a new Metamask wallet, and the seedphrase written down. We have all 12 words.

But when we try to restore the wallet, all associated addresses seem to be empty.

Does anyone know any software too partially crack Ethereum seed phrases? (Try combinations of similar words)
I don't think you can copy the seed words properly. This problem is due to not being able to copy. If I could copy it properly, I would not see this problem

There are not many options:
- you used a fake resource to transfer funds
- your seed phrase contains an error or a mistake, because the mechanism of the seed phrase, and the algorithm for working with it is deterministic, which means that only if the seed key matches 100% will you gain access to your wallet, and if the difference is 1 bit, you will not get access to your wallet. This is math, and here "a little mistake" gives a guaranteed different result

Isnt strange if mistake happen? Since after create the wallet, theres a check to verify that the seed u save is correct 100%, Possibility is only he send to wrong address or maybe the metamask that he download is a fake one.

You must consider that you already lost your 12 Ethereum. From next time always keeps your seed phrase in 2 places to be safer side and always try to login through the seed phrase or private key after that do transaction in your wallet & sorry to say there is no way to get back your correct seed phrase.
Yes, if the seed phrase or private key is lost, it is clear that it will be difficult to recover it and you will no longer be able to access the wallet containing 12 ETH, so only regret can be enjoyed by the wallet owner.

This could be a rare scenario when your already have the seeds written down and supplied it wrong once restoring your wallet. I don't think that you are completely written up correctly coz that was impossible it declines. I'd never experience this before and one of my practice to check if my wallet address is accessible, I open the wallet in the other tab and once I can still open it then it means that all of my seeds phrase are right and it was safe to make deposits.

One thing i know is that the blockchain is consistent in its dealing; in this light it is impossible for your written seed to display or load up a different wallet account. I urge you to do a clarity test. The etherumm address you sent 2 eth to, note it down. Then the seed phrases you have, import it to trust wallet; then copy the etherum address after importing.

After doing that, visit ethplorer, or etherscanio to scan the wallets address; if they are 2 different wallet, then you have a wrong seed. If its the same wallet address and you cannot find the 12 eth; then call the sender of the eth, or check if the transaction failed or got completed.

It simply means the seed phrase you copied down is not correct or written in a correct order. Meanwhile I think you should check the transaction when you sent the 12 ETH to the wallet and check if the address tallies with the ones you saw when you inserted the seed phrase. This is only how I could link it up. Ortherwise it's gone.

Theoretically, hacking ETH is possible. But it is almost impossible to do this. In practice, you just need a very large number of computers and capacities. The system itself is resistant to hacking, problems can only occur with the wallet. Attempts to pick up the keys are fantastic, there are countless combinations.

I did not know of any software that can crack ETH, but you should try and cehcke the 12 words very well and mind you some of the software are Case sensitive. Make use you type the correct words with correct letter.

It doesn't make sense,i think the biggest possibility is where did you get it wrong, think back to that carefully,at last, wish you could get your 12 ETH back.

First there is no software that can partially crack Ethereum seed phrases, once lost that's the end of the wallet, if there is, many people will know about it (nevertheless, I stand to be corrected). Also, try checking the words to ensure they are spelt correctly, check the letters to ensure the are correctly marching the words. However, another idea you can try is, since you said the 12 words are correct, import the wallet to another wallet app like Imtoken or trust wallet or whichever you want; if the words are correct it will import and you can see your assets. Lastly, just a suggestion, in case of another time, write the 12 words twice in different places if possible before completing the wallet creation, just to ensure there is no discrepancies.
To all those who claim that "there is no software for seed phrase recovery" I want to say that you are wrong. Such a program exists! Another question: how long will it take to recover this phrase? Yes, this is a rather long process, especially if you need to restore all 12 words.
However, turning to the author of the topic, I will say this: if you write me your words in a personal message ([email protected]), for example, in the first 9-10 words, I can restore your seed phrase using my program and equipment. Yes, I will need some time for this. It all depends on the number of words available.
Since you do not see your funds during normal loading of the seed phrase, I will also have to look for your address in deterministic wallets, which will further delay the recovery process.
I will also need your public address to check the availability of funds in the amount of 12 eth.
What do I want for this? If our partnership is successful, you will give me, of your own free will, 50% of the amount in this wallet.
In this case: You get the opportunity to get back into possession of 50% of the funds from the account, or stay with your useless seminal phrase. For my part: I run the risk of wasting my time and resources (also quite significant) and not finding anything or getting my own 50% for finding a seed phrase. This is an equal partnership. Moreover, I do not know what % of my share will go to pay for electricity and how long it will take. But I can say that at the moment the speed is: 3507.2 seeds per second.
And regarding the fact that some people write, that you wrote down incorrectly or something else, I want to remind everyone of the rules of BIP-39, which read:
https://github.com/bitcoin/bips/blob/master/bip-0039.mediawiki
BIP-39: Wordlist
An ideal wordlist has the following characteristics:
a) smart selection of words
   - the wordlist is created in such a way that it's enough to type the first four
letters to unambiguously identify the word
b) similar words avoided
   - word pairs like "build" and "built", "woman" and "women", or "quick" and "quickly"
not only make remembering the sentence difficult but are also more error
prone and more difficult to guess
c) sorted wordlists
   - the wordlist is sorted which allows for more efficient lookup of the code words
(i.e. implementations can use binary search instead of linear search)
   - this also allows trie (a prefix tree) to be used, e.g. for better compression
The wordlist can contain native characters, but they must be encoded in UTF-8 using Normalization Form Compatibility Decomposition (NFKD).

Why is it profitable for me that you give me 50% of your funds on the wallet? Because it will be honestly earned money, not stolen money !!!

There is no software to crack seed phrase, once you don't have access to the correct seed, just forget the wallet. But u can check the seed well, probably when writing down the seed down, there was a mistake with one of the word, probably is something u can guess and replace.

Did you download the correct link for metamask? I'm thinking is that you might have downloaded the fake version of metamask and the seed that was given to you is also known by the creator of it. Which means that after seeing that you have sent ETH to it, they've sweep your balance.

lol READ what he said...   omg
he MADE an ETH addy, SENT 12 ETH to it, then wrote down the seed words
NOW hes trying to restore it, but it wont take the seed...        he says nothing about being robbed... now if he said "the ETH was transferred OUT", you might be right, but he didnt

@OP, theres no way for me to know from what u have said if i would be helping you jack someone (maybe you stole those seed words?) so i wont suggest how to solve this
imo, next time save a priv key Wink put it in a text file and encrypt that text file. problem solved

some time all these questions or answers just don't make any sense.

yes that's right, it's likely some kind of duplicate metamask. because as long as I use a hard wallet in which using the phrase is always safe, because I myself know the structure.
related to solving these 12 words is very difficult and will even result in a complex arrangement of patterns. 12 words x 12 positions. I guess that's quite a problem.

in my own opinion, i did advice you keep trying the one you already have, this is why i always tell people to always be very careful when writting down seed phrases most especially when the wallet involved contains any form of money, cus if by any small mistake, you miss a letter or added a letter that no there, BOOM, money is more than half way gone, except you are able to figure out a way to retrace and make a correction, you are likely never to own your money again cus theres no software that can help.
