OP are you a treant?

Is that how you type?

Or are you JUST a tree?

I'm just a tree.

Well, humans mostly act with ignorance.

They just had to cut down the OLDEST tree. Not a tree that was younger. What research could you get out of trees at different ages? Only a few differences. But you can see that on the outside.

If you do some research, you will find that they did not understand what they were doing.

Mistakes were made.

Shit happens.

My $.02.

Wink

United States Forest Service personnel...
A gov't employee cut down the 4862 year old tree.
Certainly, a private company would have saved it and found a way to make money off of tourists?

Since the question is how to make money from advertising an old tree and how many younger trees should be sacrificed when converted into pamphlets XD

"Prometheus (aka WPN-114) was the oldest known non-clonal organism, a Great Basin Bristlecone Pine (Pinus longaeva) tree growing near the tree line on Wheeler Peak in eastern Nevada, United States. The tree, which was at least 4862 years old and possibly more than 5000, was cut down in 1964 by a graduate student and United States Forest Service personnel for research purposes."

I have something to confess.

I'm a fucking tree. I was one of the biggest trees, and a nice man and woman planted me. I hate keeping lies, so this is for my girlfriend Lilly, brother Jack, James, Heinz, and Sawyer. Good luck guys.

And also please don't be racist towards trees guys. It would hurt everybody's feelings that are in your backyard.

Ask me any question you like about me being a tree.

What did I just read.. I want my 2 mins back lol.

If you are a tree I`ll be using you as book cover. Thanks lol.

The master tree just moved
It's not one of us

I'm a silent reader...   but when I read this... it's funny, can't keep silent no to reply.

This is one of the more imaginative and unusual threads.
Now that spring is here all trees will come alive with new growth.  Smiley

Or it might be cut down for use as firewood next Winter.

My $.02.

Wink

Yes, not all trees are lucky enough to survive the next cut.
...use as firewood
I love campfires and it has been too many years since I went camping.
Do you think a picture of a nice campfire would scare and offend to OP?  Cheesy
I think he abandoned the thread to be honest. Probably enjoying some time in the sun. Smiley

I was on a day vacation. Talked to some sexy palm trees.

What if they wanted to do more than just talk?

Oh god! That's a sexy tree. Look at how luscious she looks.
