It is very cute, that you want to have some capital until you would marry but all I wanna say you is be very patient and very careful so you would not just lose all your of the money that you have saved for a long time. And until the time you would be married you would again be poor.
I think this is the proper time to buy altcoin because now altcoin price is low. Now you can buy some altcoin i am sure you have to get a more money from this. In few month or few years altcoin price is very much high rated. So yoiu can buy altcoin and hold in few month you also got benefit from this.

The best choice must be in ethereum, stellar and cardano. I see a good prospect and supported a large volume in the coin. I like coins whose prices are still cheap like cardano or stellar.
