it is good idea to hold crypto currency for long term you will gain highest profit for hold coin if you buy a strong coin. and now a day first bitcoin is the strongest coin in all crypto market and and the other one is eth both have best future.

Think it is good idea to invest in undervalued alts. with high potential. I made some research on Blue Protocol ( Blue ) and it has huge opportunity in Crypto space as they are intending to secure the crypto space against scams. They have highly experienced Team of experts in that area.
With the regulations coming there will be a big need for such a project. I suggest to look at it.

What sort of tokens are you holding? These are all not found on top of the coinmarketcap, not even in the first page of their site which means these tokens has low cap. These are probably shitcoins.

If you are to hold for long term, you better make sure you know the outcome would be good which you can trust the team to do their best and they have proven themselves already by making their tokens known and valuable.

IMO, none of the altcoins are preferable for long-term storage, since they are extremely volatile. IMO, you should not hold any of the alts (perhaps with the exception of Ethereum) for more than 24 months.
