I think today is a natural thing if we come out of the trade to ensure that bitcoin we milliki not reduced. because the current bitcoin prices are rising, so this is not the time to take risks

2years ago (2014) bitcoin is very cheap you can buy at price under $300 you buy 47BTC= $14.100
and now the price of bitcoin is $700 you withdraw 40btc it's arround $28.000
so you still profit $13.900

it's very high profit dude.

Spending two years in trading just to lose money does not seem a good business, but it is undoubted that the knowledge acquired throughout those years is highly valuable.

Perhaps you should try a bit more. I have four years of experience trading forex, and my first two years I also faced multiple losses, but from the third year my accumulated experience helped me to achieve a consistent profitability.

I still confused between trading and gambling if sometime when you profit , thats almost same with what your loss . Even chance to profit is much higher. some traders only show when they got profits from trading and never count how much when they loss from a coins...

I'd buy 20 BTC worth of $ETH lock it up and check back in the year 2018...
Settle my loans with the remaining 20 BTC

Thats assuming that if the ETH value remains to catch up with btc values and volume.

You wont know what happens with alt coin on a even month to month basis so I wouldnt take my chances to leaving it to 2 years.

Unless you are aware of the news that the smart contracts are being used are common, then thats a different story.

You lost 7BTC in 2 years trading, and you say now you have big experience. Why don't you continue to trade with that experience and make more money?

lol and double lol !! the lesson he learned is : trading is risky and not everybody can make money out of it = 99 % daytraders are losing money !

if in 2 years he didn't make any penny from it (he lost 7 btc) = means = useless = NO TRADING !!

About your money bro : keep it till halving day (wait for 800 or 900 usd) = then sell it

buy some gold + buy some ETH and keep it for 2 or 3 years

regards Smiley

You have a point. Experience is a great teacher they say. He may lose some bitcoins BUT he should not lose the lesson. He learned trading the hard way and shall we consider in an expensive way? Hoping he is more equip now and know the in and out of trading.

I think it is a good option if you're not good in terms of trade, I also never been stopped in trade, but in the end I come back again, because I think it could make me a profit. but if it makes you lose, I think it was the right choice, because it can make bitcoin that you have run out if you're bad at it

Quiting trading will be only nice if you cant earn more money with it and it is not that bad if you are going to quit trading because you can make another investment.
And as you can see you see also that the value of Bitcoin started to rise and that is really nice for people who already have Bitcoin.

Traiding is not that hard, but it takes time. Even if you buy at high price, just wait a month, two or half a year, price will go back and even above your buying price. Buy when it's falling, sell when it's rising.

and trading is not easy as you think, some times you buying at higher price then you panic and selling your altcoin/bitcoin Roll Eyes

and some times you buying at failling ptice but the price will be failling more and more  Tongue
Quit trading will be now not that bad and that is because the value of Bitcoin is becoming more worth so that is really nice if you already have Bitcoin and maybe you can sell it maybe soon and that should be nice for you.
But the price is also now rising so maybe next year you can sell it and the halving is also coming towards to us.

Overall i am happy with the results, i would pay 7 BTC anyday for what i have learned so far.

Maybe I just got confused with this line of his.  Cheesy
Thank you guys for clarifying.

So now, given that you have 40 BTC and you don't want to trade anymore,
I suggest you retain the coins in your wallet for now.
I think that will be beneficial in the long run especially that there is an upcoming halving.

So guys, after 2 years of trading i am going to stop. (unless i have full time to trade, which i currently don't)

I have calculated all my trades on the various platforms i have used in the last couple years.

Deposited: 47BTC (roughly)

Withdrew: 40BTC (roughly)

Overall i am happy with the results, i would pay 7 BTC anyday for what i have learned so far.

Now the question is: what the fuck do i do now with my money.

So basically, you bought that trading experience with 7 BTC. Now, what will you want to do with your knowledge?
I suggest don't let it go to waste. Use your expertise in trading. Or teach others.

He may not actually have learned anything, only spent time and money. Or just learned that it was not worth wasting time and money (i.e. negative experience)
Yeah , if he have a good trading knowledge then he will earn instead of losing 7btc .what do he learn is mistakes without applying if he does learn already from mistakes .so he is not good to teach trading maybe the basic only for the new traders.

That is a really good thing that you are quitting with trading and that is only because i also dont like trades and there are always people who are scamming you with the stupid trades so i know why you are quitting.
