So guys, after 2 years of trading i am going to stop. (unless i have full time to trade, which i currently don't)

I have calculated all my trades on the various platforms i have used in the last couple years.

Deposited: 47BTC (roughly)

Withdrew: 40BTC (roughly)

Overall i am happy with the results, i would pay 7 BTC anyday for what i have learned so far.

Now the question is: what the fuck do i do now with my money.

if you deposit 47BTC and bitcoin price ~$100
now you have 40BTC and bitcoin price ~$300

i think you get a good profit  Wink

What if he deposited 47 btc when he bought it at 1000$ and is selling it now, though?^^

Well it wouldn't hurt if you just leave it lying around and see what is going to happen after the halving. It's more like a gamble as there's a chance price would plummet but at the same time with some probablility of it going up as well. But hey what is there to lose.

Why exactly would you think the price would plummet because of the halving?  Huh

The pump and dump days are gone but they might come back: there are always new people who will get close to this world and they will put new money in here.
And trading will become profitable again: it's so sad it works like this though.

One thing is the gold rule never invest more then can afford to loose the thing is we are atracted to try altcoins dreaming to multiply our bitcoins faster.

Yes thats why when one want to invest money in trading should have patience and also need to diversify money in lot of different varieties of trading not just bitcoins and alt coins. Once any one diversify the investments then can minimize the loses in worst condition. So just don't think any one alt coin will rise near future and invest all money in single coin.

Well i dont know but this week were the worst wekk all altcoins lost value ,now looks some altcoin is reborning and being pumped hard, but well its very difficult to invest at any altcoin with such volatility.Old coins ,like doge and litecoin looks more safe to invest .

Because this week bitcoin prices going up so other alt coins are going down. So when btc prices are moving up then better to keep coins in btc

But last time bitcoin prices went up, litecoin prices went up.

Yes that's the reason many people believe in alt coin. When bitcoin make some 25% to 40% leap, litecoin did some 100% bounce. Same time when bitcoin made 20% down fall, litecoin suffered a lot and lose more than 100% in value.

It went into negative?

You will never find an answer if you ask here, no one making money will share their method for the fear of saturation. Open your eyes and scavenge through the many threads, you will find gold nuggets here and there.

Most of the altcoin arent related to bitcoin even being bought and sell from btc to x and the reverse, the fact is that most altcoins usually dont got affected by bitcoin price. The most coins dumped were not related to bitcoin look at eth those dump happened because they said that the money they had collected werent enought to them.

it was because of the halving of litecoin, in fact now it returned where it was with a x2 boost

i'm sure it has nothing to do with bitcoin

The only way to really make money from alt trading is inside knowledges, not tech or trends or wtf others are saying. If you have enough bitcoin to pump (and dump) and altcoin, that is the only way how to surely make money. Offcourse inside knowledge about an upcoming pump also served me quite well Smiley

It is the same with anything concerned with trading. The winners are the ones who have the foremost knowledge and access to the information first hand. Indeed, you can go by fundas, but, as they say (actually, Keynes), markets can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent. With altcoins it is just more heavily pronounced (and mostly void of the rational part, lol)...

All those "traders" with all their fancy trendanalyses, that works in regular stocks, not in crypto, pure emotion and manipulation, NOTHING else.

It doesn't work even with regular stocks (long-term)

Yes all new coins prices always prices will be very volatile so invest just small quantities and ready lose those coins. But there are chances that those coins can boom suddenly with out any reason then can make a good profits out of that so it is call high risk investment rewards. This is almost nothing but gambling only so invest carefully in any alt coins.

Well all altcoins went red this days its insane, even knowing that bitcoin is getting more value these days, the pump and dump is profitable just for some .

True its all pump and dump now

It is difficult to know when there is a pump and jump in before the pump and get out before the dump. That is the reason some whales will earn money.

Yes. It's called single entity driven markets which is highly riskier because we need to sail same as the only one person. Otherwise we may end up in wipe out of all our funds. It's better to quit trading instead of trade in a pump and dump markets.

We should not touch this kind of pump and dump markets which definitely will lead to huge losses if we invest into that particular market. They simply throws some baits to make you invest the they will sell off all their holdings to make your investments into almost zero.

This is the case with like 95% of cryptos, but there is a 5% of cryptos that have a liquid market, or at least liquid enough that it doesn't end up like coins like, Auroracoin and similar, where the market just keeps shrinking forever. With coins like Monero, you can have hope that it will go up in the future, because it as developed a solid market.

Well im leaving trading as well everytime i enter into some altcoin the full market drops... this week is insane all red altcoins, nothing new dumpers making and taking their btc back, need new and fresh investors as money into crypto world now.

quit altcoin trading and start trading bitcoins only. altcoin value can sink 90% in just a few minutes. the guys behind these altcoins are making huge profits while other people end up holding the bag filled with worthless coins.

Altcoin trading is much riskier than bitcoin trading. Most altcoin are scam anyway.

True. I invested time and bitcoins in Latium. The developers give it free when you create an account and then for every referral you found. Thinking that was a coin with perspective invested a little less than one bitcoin in buying other coins in one exchange. The price goes down every day and I lost almost 0.5 bitcoin with my investment. Thanks God haven't invested more. Now Latium has put a bunch of words on its site where write that it will be e new open in the future and that they has finished the first part of their projects (who knew this before). Until the devs spent the money earned. Then it will be again the same story with new users which will believe to their words.
