Buy, sell and store real cryptocurrencies
Making real estate purchases with BTC?. Is this a wise decision. However you can try the Dubai options try buy properties there. Switzerland is another country. As long as you can buy goods with bitcoin, real estate can be sold likewise. Twill be confusing when you pay with BTC and the price skyrocket a d you'd be like you paid for double the price.

I really want to leave Russia! Please advise where I can buy real estate abroad in cryptocurrency. I really hope that I succeed. I want to go where it's warm and there are a lot of happy people. Really want to. Advise where can I move?
Hello, actually buy property for bitcoin is not very profitable because after the purchase price can grow and you buy a house twice as expensive. At the expense of buying I know that in Switzerland you can buy a house and also in Thailand there are people who are willing to sell the house for bitcoins.

Every amount you buy things can also be seen as btc even if its fiat currency, and buying the property is just a joy of having it and nothing special attached,

Cos even if you use fiat your mind can still be if I had use the money to buy btc it would have worth this or that by now .

What matter is having your money and buy what you desire and enjoy your life as more will surely come if you don't relent your effort to get more.

In my country, you can buy your real estate at lower price. I do not promote it but I think it is good to buy real estate somewhere Africa and Asia because the land and property tax is much lower compared to countries that are already developed. If you want to buy, choose a land far away from civilization.

You might find people in almost every countries selling a house for bitcoin, you just need to choose where you want to live. You want a warm place, then you may find it in Asia or Latin America. There are a lot of places with beaches and hot climate all year long.
But I advise you that these places only worth if you have enough money to live with comfort in a decent area. If you leave Russia to live on poverty in a third world country, it's better to stay in Russia.

I advise you to stay in Russia because whatever bad condition you are in Russia is your birthplace I don't even think that there are people who don't feel at home in their own homeland ... Huh
Getting a big profit from the bitcoin trade must certainly be invested again to get added value in the future. One option that has bright prospects is property, because based on experience, property prices never go down.
In addition, of course in countries that have a positive impact on bitcoin trading, because living in a country that legalizes bitcoin can bring a fresh atmosphere so that bitcoin transactions or investments can be done without fear of breaking the law.

Buying real estate is certainly different from buying another, there are many things to think about such as taxes, notary fees and so on, let alone large transactions are certainly very risky so I prefer to deal directly rather than using bitcoin.
I can appreciate your logic and that tax evasion is your main concern. Though you do understand that evading the tax can and will get your into legal problems later on? The blockchain is not fully anonymous and transactions can be tracked by governments. That is one downside of bitcoin and I feel its less important if people are willing to pay some taxes of their capital gains instead of just brushing them away, but then again the taxation system also needs to be changed.

There are lots of things to be considered upon searching for a new place to migrate. You should think of a better way to sustain all your financial necessities or you could earn a lot of bitcoin to sustain your living.
I dont understand how migrating to a new place makes a person earn a lot of bitcoins. Setting up a business takes time and a lot of determination in case you dont know.

I feel you. It is really so funny that people always have complains. Because you are Russia and you are winter almost all the time so you prefer a warmer country to stay while those who are in warm countries  are dreaming to be in cold countries. Anyway, If you have enough bitcoin to buy a house and lot you can, even if not in exchange for bitcoin. You can simply sell your bitcoin for Dollar or Euro and find the place of your choice.
To be able to fulfill this desire, of course you have to have a lot of bitcoin, and that can be obtained through bitcoin transactions where the profits are invested in the desired real estate. That desire makes perfect sense because successful bitcoin owners are very easy to buy whatever they want.
A very good ambition certainly requires smart thinking so that it can be realized, where bitcoin investment or trade can realize that dream come true. Success in managing bitcoin, then nothing is impossible to buy.

Though you'll find less people outside the crypto community accepting crypto payments for such large sum.
If the OP makes up a business in a country where bitcoin is popular and people use it freely then they wont face problems in getting payments in it and interconversion between local fiat and crypto. This type of a system is still not popular in most countries.

Quote
We know that it'll be a good deal to receive payments in crypto especially when the market is down.
From the business point of view it is better if payment are pegged to USD value of bitcoin. That way it does allow the person to accumulate more crypto, since everyone likes to inflate their bags whenever possible.

But there are also quite a lot of legalities you have to arrange as well if you're not buying a local property.
That is the main problem here. I dont see any solution here at all other than bribing the authorities (just kidding). Grin

There are so many tropical countires in asia and africa but if you are going to buy a house or a land using bitcoin or cryptocurrencies I think the first step would be to change them into dollars because I doubt real estate sellers in any of those countries will allow to pay via digital assets because due to lack of adoption majority of real estate egents still accept only fiat money so it will be possible to buy real estates for bitcoin in the future but if you are going to buy now you may have to exchange your bitcoin into fiat first
Yeah, bitcoin only has a slow adoption in terms of payment but we can still buy real state using our own earned bitcoin but we just need to convert it into fiat first and I think there is nothing wrong for that. As long as we earned our bitcoin and use it in want we want to buy, I can still say that, it is still because of bitcoin.

AFAIK , Netherland for EU zone and Japan for Asia zone, the origin one.
It's become the fenomenal things when people able purchase something fiat can do and now cryptocurrency become the alternate for the transaction.

This is the reason why the value still high until now !

Someone I know are selling house in Latvia, near Riga. The price is negotiable. Also, You can get permanent residence permit if investing some money in property in Latvia. Bitcoin can be exchanged to cash in local exchanges. So You can stay near Russia until Putin is removed or he removes himself from old age and Russia is fixed.

Here is a link to the list of most cryptocurrency friendly countries in the world https://99bitcoins.com/bitcoin-friendly-countries/, but among them I recommend Malta. Malta is one of the few EU countries which does not impose a property tax. All the best in your relocation plans.
A good suggestion but I would advice others be wary that these rules and regulation regarding tax can change in future and so dont be a person who is not willing to change at all, rather be malleable and make sure to follow taxation rules otherwise you will have to face legal problems. Today Malta may be safe but tomorrow who knows what might happen? Therefore following this line of business is pretty risky and if anybody wants to do the same then they probably would have to pay some bribes to the tax department before doing anything.

Bitcoin money makes sense just how to move to a completely different country to get a real estate and live. For this, there are alternatives that can be used in every country.
What do you mean alternative in every country? Not every country is lenient towards crypto. Are you aware of that?
