Hello, actually buy property for bitcoin is not very profitable because after the purchase price can grow and you buy a house twice as expensive. At the expense of buying I know that in Switzerland you can buy a house and also in Thailand there are people who are willing to sell the house for bitcoins.

Well, I think rather than committing to cryptocurrencies, it would be better to have a bigger percentage of your future investment on real estate because, for now, it is more stable and the price of properties keep on increasing as more and more areas around the globe are becoming modern attracting in more and more people. As more and more areas become developed for different purposes, it can help drive the prices of real estate up, which means, it would be better suited as a contingency in the future.

Make a list of your preferences about the place and the house where you want to love and then take a search and see if you can buy a house with bitcoin in that area. If not, you move to the next area and so on. Only you can decide what is the best home for you.

I feel you. It is really so funny that people always have complains. Because you are Russia and you are winter almost all the time so you prefer a warmer country to stay while those who are in warm countries are dreaming to be in cold countries. Anyway, If you have enough bitcoin to buy a house and lot you can, even if not in exchange for bitcoin. You can simply sell your bitcoin for Dollar or Euro and find the place of your choice.

Southeast Asia seems receptive to bitcoins so that might be a good place to look at if you're focused on the "sunny" part of your wishlist. Also seems more cryptofriendly than the Middle East and far cheaper. Thing is though, it's rare to see real estate being sold for bitcoins. I think I've only seen 2 or so in my country.

You are more likely to find a deal in Europe and as another member mentioned, Malta might be a good place to look into. Both cryptofriendly and (comparatively to Russia) sunny.

For buy real estate with bitcoin you have to find which country allow it officially by government. But I don't think still now there is any country allowing to buy real estate with bitcoin (officially). One thing you can do, you could buy it by converting on your native currency and you don't need to leave your country. We can expect once a day it would be possible. But not for now IMO. So it is better option for to convert your bitcoin on your local currency by exchange or from local exchangers.

You don’t have to relocate yourself because in the future there will be more countries that will accept cryptocurrency and you can now use your coins to buy your dream properties. I’m also hoping for this one so I can now have my own property and i know it will happen if I continue to believe on this market.

I just want to argue that if you have more funds then Dubai is a good choice but if only you can afford to buy real estate then it's better to look for another place, there all financing has '' luxury standards ''. You certainly understand this

Wow, it's too fancy to give him Dubai. Indeed, there are quite a lot of interesting real estate, but the difference in rules between Russia and Dubai is quite far, in Dubai it has a fairly strict appeal compared to Russia.

You are very much correct. But the problem lies elsewhere. Does the broker deal in currencies that are considered as illegal to that state law?
