Even shitcoins like DigitalCoin or whatever its name was had real estate offers listed - but in all honesty why would you limit yourself to what is 0.001% of ad listings at best?Pick a nice place and just buy it however the seller wants to be paid.

Japan would be a good option since Japan approve bitcoin to be used as a new payment system. I think you can visit Japan first and then ask the local people about how if you want to buy real estate with bitcoin and of course, you need to prepare your money first before you buy. Besides that, Japan is one of the countries which gives respect to foreign people to live in their country, so I think you won't have any problem to stay at that country if you don't make any crime.
Well, it seems to me that there are almost no warm places in Russia, only in the very south. Most of Russia is a cold climate, as far as I understand. And the standard of living there is lower than in most developed countries. In addition, the cryptocurrency there is not as developed as in the same Dubai (which have already been spoken about here). If I would recommend from myself, I would recommend to look about Dubai. If you read about how crypto sphere develops there, then maybe you will like it.

This is not a simple plan because leaving your own country to struggle for another one requires adaptation of their culture and way of living ,this is not easy mate so better think of this a thiusand times before making a decision.But if your plan was already came from the heart the i suggest you to check philippines and study the way of living,very hospitable and lovable and there is a lot of Russians living in harmony here

There are a lot of places you can settle down which have warm weather, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, tourist places in India like Goa are good destinations with happy go people and warm climate with beaches, when it comes to purchasing property with crypto currency, it depends upon the discretion of the seller whether to get the money in what ever form, whether in local currency or other forms of currency. I will never advice you to go to a foreign land and brag about it to strangers, you might get into trouble.

I'd never choose a muslim country to live in. Their rules are totally sexist like women have to bring written permits from their husbands, you can't wear skirts and tops in public and many other things are more difficult for women.

If you have enough money (fiat or crypto), you can choose almost any country in the world for your new home. I just find one site where you can check many real estate around the world which offer payment with cryptocurrency. However, be especially careful when you pay in crypto - personally I will never buy something like this without very thorough checking and before visits the location/check ownership documents.

You don't even need to wait till the future. Its something that is possible now but you need to ensure that you are right about the immigration concerns as that is something that could land you in trouble really fast.

There are so many tropical countires in asia and africa but if you are going to buy a house or a land using bitcoin or cryptocurrencies I think the first step would be to change them into dollars because I doubt real estate sellers in any of those countries will allow to pay via digital assets because due to lack of adoption majority of real estate egents still accept only fiat money so it will be possible to buy real estates for bitcoin in the future but if you are going to buy now you may have to exchange your bitcoin into fiat first
Yes, I agree with your opinion, of course digital assets must be converted first to fiat currency so it can be accepted in one of the destination countries where it will live.
