Maybe if you want to use your bitcoin, Japan is good country to you. I'm not from Japan but i know maybe in that country, bitcoin still accepted. And we know Japanese people is very welcome to other people. 
Asian countries are warm but if you want a warmer weather you should visit Middle East countries. If you cant find a real estate that accepts bitcoin.

As long as you have much money, you can go wherever you want, and even you can buy a house for your living. But I won't recommend going into anywhere because I never travel to another country for a long time so I don't have any recommendation. Maybe you can follow the other member suggestion but make sure that you already have much money to go to another country and you can also buy a house too.

This is a very serious decision for your life..You shouldn't make sudden decisions on this..Buying real estate with crypto money should be the most recent criteria..Once you have determined your country, buying real estate will be resolved in some way.
I want to recomment my country for warm and happy people but sadly, we dont accept bitcoin as payment yet. You need to convert it into fiat so you could buy property. Why do you want to leave your country? Living abroad is kinda hassle and have a lots of paperworks to do. Why not go to different regions of your country? Just curious about this.

you first have to see which countries will accept you as a citizen then think about whether you want to live in those countries or not considering everything including cost of living, economy, and a ton of other things. and the last thing you should think about is whether you can buy a home there with cryptocurrency!

Already in several countries this has taken place. Year back itself I came across a news where an user bought a property. In my country I've seen some ads from a company that sells real estate for crypto. It's in Bucharest, a city I have no interest in, and crypto price has fallen a lot, so I didn't care much.
And Romania is not significantly better than Russia imho.
Bitcoin payments advance a lot in Germany, from what I've read. Maybe that could be another option.
However, in the west the real estate is more and more expensive and normal people usually just live in rentals.

you need to think a lot about living in another country, as much as you like to cryptocurrency think other things like the laws, the politics of that country and the cost of living of that country where you intend to go live. There are countries that have authoritarian governments and foreigners are not welcome in these countries. Japan could be a good option, but you should know that Asians have a very different culture and their eating habits are also very different. US would be a good option

Migrate to Dubai ? Wow that would be a huge movement in your life I would say. But hei if you leave alone and you have nothing to loose , Dubai actually is a nice place with a huge eco system around the city but I think until then we will see some estate deals around bitcoin or ripple. 
In this case, you should choose a country that is good for crypto. But as correctly wrote higher, that buy real estate for bitcoin can be risky. You have to weigh all the risks very well.
if you want a worm weather, you can migrate to UAE, Malaysia or Singapore and those countries are somewhat crypto friendly.

I think Dubai is kind off very expensive place to dwell and leave, except one has a stable job there or into providing solution services. I really don't know much about the Caribbean Island, it's sure warm, but Dubai appears to have a better open opportunities.

Hello, actually buy property for bitcoin is not very profitable because after the purchase price can grow and you buy a house twice as expensive. At the expense of buying I know that in Switzerland you can buy a house and also in Thailand there are people who are willing to sell the house for bitcoins.
The last poster is right by advising you migrate to Dubai as that the place I know you can get real estate for Cryptocurrency.
