He's sending the 'tags' to a mixer.
He's telling us he is no amateur - he is extremely bitcoin savvy. So any thoughts he/she is a novice are out the window now (just like the feds hacker - take a look Tongue ).

The next interesting thing is he is only moving the tags. He knows if he spends anything from the stolen stash, the crime is complete.

If he just going to wait it out until someone comes a knockin' on his door?

He has already stolen and touched these coins so it already is a crime i guess?
Of course you are right  - there is a crime already.

Maybe I should have said the intention is complete if he/she starts to mix the stolen coins - there is no way they could ever claim they intended to return it etc.
After he started splitting them it was already obivious, i just hope that he gets doxed and beaten by someone (just a lection) or beaten by big black penis in jail.

mining is so 2012-2013
Can you imagine how much pressure he/she must be under knowing these is a $300,000 bounty on his/her head?

Every noise must be analysed - is it something new, or just the regular sounds of the house? Is there someone outside?

If our hacker lives in a city, any time he/she hears a siren, he must freeze. Is it past yet? Feeling the sweat streaming down his back. Can he escape through the window? Why is his chest so tight? Will he fight? Will he pretend he knows nothing if apprehended?

Who is after him? Did he make any mistakes? Did he try to log into the dropbox a few days before, without being behind tor. Is that logged? Is he sure his IP hasn't been revealed somewhere? Is it even possible to be truly traceless? As a hacker, he knows it's not possible.

Listening to the silence hacker?

Where I came out of, people got shot for hundreds of dollars.

This hacker is clearly a computer chair hacker in that he has no idea how the rest of the criminal world works.

Stealing that amount if bitcoin is so stupid because of the way bitcoin can be tracked.

The hackers need only make one small mistake and he will be busted. His best hope is to return the btc. His second best hope is that the police catch him. The last and worse option is three large dudes show up to collect the bounty. What isn't an option is that the hacker gets to live happily ever after spending the coins.

My prediction is that the hacker is in jail or dead in less than two weeks.

I am not 100% sure how the input to bitmixer works but this transaction:

plus his most recent bitmixer transactions indicates he controls all of the following addresses:

lol i saw that,
Let's see if he will send the next batch of tag coins directly to the FBI DPR stash here:

https://blockchain.info/address/1i7cZdoE9NcHSdAL5eGjmTJbBVqeQDwgw

to show us he is reading this thread.  Oh, and maybe he can attach a public note since I can't figure out how the hell to do it.

Before today I have never tried to add a public note but I have been really trying today, so how the f&ck do you do that?  I went to custom send, did the custom send, added the damn note in the box that says "public note" and still no joy.  I even tried all three ways I know of to access the damn blockchain.info site (direcly through the site, using the old chrome plug in, and the new stand alone client).  I have tried.  What is the secret to getting those notes to appear?

I also tried but it didn't worked Sad
People do this.  I see public notes all the time.  How is it done?

From the blockchain.info FAQ:

Quote
How do I make a public note?
You can embed a public note when doing a transaction with Blockchain.info. Simply input your message in the column below when sending a transaction.

When I asked someone to add a tag like this yesterday, I was hoping they would add a blockchain public note to say the coins were stolen, so innocent buyers would be scared off from buying. A payment like this has to be made through the blockchain website to include a public note and the buyer would have to view the coins through the blockchain website to see this, but it could act as a deterrent. It was not essential to add a public note, but it might have been another turn of the screw on a hopefully stressed out hacker  Cheesy
