Price and hash rate moving up on I0coin!

Where are you seeing the price rise?

I don't see any price rise either but the hash is up a lot at 4PH.

From Mar 11th through 20th the low was .00000556-.00000557 on Cryptopia.
Then on Apr 2 I0C made a high of .00000730.  That's a 30% rise.
I think the bottom is in place.

I said it a couple of months ago.  Get 'em while you can!

Many people are getting spooked about Bitcoin out of fear of a fork. They are moving into other cryptos.  I0coin may not be their first choice, but it is a choice for some.  That's all we need for some upward movement.

I0coin reached .000008 since I last posted.  Bottom definitely in place.

I think you're right.  Up, up, we go from here.

Shit.  Think bigger.  Think trillions!!!

I'm coming for you!!!

Those interested in mining I0coin may want to try this pool.

https://mergemining.com

I like the hash rate we have on I0coin.  It's been very respectable since the last part of 2016.  I suspect this pool is providing much of that hash power.

I'll check it out.

Since some people still do not really understand the Galactic Milieu project that all these coins and assets interact within, I made an explanatory post at

for sound and good progress we must have sound knowledge of it.but many of us are wandering here and there.

how long does it normally take to download blockchain after installation? its taking me ages Sad

For the newbies, don't forget you can download the full or pruned block chain at izerocoin.org.

They are dated May-2016, so they will get you 85% of the block chain in 10 minutes of download.

I'll post updated block chains the next time I do some website updates.

No problems here with AUXPOW - but Segwit is incompatible with p2pool until a fix has been applied - request that segwit be put on the back burner until then.

See:

https://github.com/p2pool/p2pool/issues/326

&

https://github.com/p2pool/p2pool/pull/327

Thanks for the heads up.  We're not planning an update for at least a few more months.

2016-12-21 13:17:15 ERROR: Aux POW missing chain merkle root in parent coinbase
2016-12-21 13:17:15 ERROR: CheckProofOfWork : AUX POW is not valid

2016-12-21 13:17:15 ERROR: BitcoinMiner: ProcessNewBlock, block not accepted

i0coin-cli getinfo

  "version": 110900,
  "protocolversion": 110000,
  "walletversion": 60000,

git branch
  auxpow-0.12
* master

I tried   auxpow-0.12 but when it finished building... it was just a bitcoind and wanted to be an actual bitcoin node....

Is anyone else having problems mining with 0.12.x.  Let me know if we need a bug fix.

I0coin has passed 2 million blocks.  Steady as she goes.

Nice.  You guys have good devs and an old blockchain, why don't you update to segwit?

Thanks mate.  The next update will have segwit.
