Bangladesh made the big mistake by opting to bat first, against a premium pace battery from Pakistan. And by the first 10 overs, they found themselves in deep trouble, after being reduced to 47/4. Fortunately for Bangladesh, the Pakistani captain was too defensive. Rather than sticking with Haris Rauf, he opted for Faheem Ashraf and Shadab Khan, which allowed Shakib and Mushfiqur to build a good partnership for the 5th wicket. If Babar had decided to use Haris or Naseem instead of the slower bowlers, then I doubt whether Bangladesh would have reached three digits.
