At the beginning of 2018 there was an increase in the number of ICO, however, after a lengthy correction of the market, the activity of investors began to decline. Now only the best projects can assemble a soft cap and this should benefit the market and the entire ICO field.
Honestly I think investing in any ICO comes down to the team. If you think the idea is good, the team is going to be the one that will make it happen. Not just development either - if they are good at marketing their ICO, they're going to be good at marketing their product which will drive up demand. The last 10 ICOs I invested in I approached this way and have seen a lot of success. Luckily, listing sites like ICObench can help you navigate all projects but beware that many projects have paid listings. Look at others like ICOalert to compare and trust your own judgement.

Well, in general, the project looks promising ...Definitely. Sales are very confident. I think they will come very close to the hard cap to the end of ICO
I have not heard about these projects. But from what came into my hands I liked the last few projects. Such projects deserve attention: Plaza, Smart trip, XYO, Traxia. This is purely my opinion. I'm going to invest in them. Perhaps I will also add to Essentia.
In my opinion, there are various of ICOs over market place. Hence, you can pick some that is truthful to you. However, be careful not to fall on scam ICOs! Have a good choice!

There are no rules or regulations in general about ICOs verification, it is a wild west type of situation. So no way at all of knowing if it is a scam or not whether there is a website stating it is.

Theese 3 projects are not bad but to know the project is good you have to learn their roadmap and their whitepaper. Beside that, you should check their team vision.what do u all think of the recently upcoming ICO

Well, in general, the project looks promising ... RocketICO was not succesful, I didn´t receive their tokens, because they did not reach soft-cap.
Heard many positive things about RocketICO. If it did not reach the softcap then shows investors are cautious

Many are set up to scam from the beginning. They have whitepapers and telegram groups but are FULL scams

now many ICO scam I think yes because many investors are taking advantage of ICO scam,
