i still cant understand, was the money with escrow or not?

one escrow bitcoinexpert explained, this is a 2 of 3 multisig address, one key is owned by OP, one is by bitcoinexpert, the other one is founder of ecash.org. Unfortuantely the third one, founder of ecash.org is same as op.
In conclusion, op has two keys, it means that he can withdraw that 300 btc, he scammed investors and third escrow bitcoinexpert.
Bitcoinexpert needs to be scrutinised very well you can't just tell us this cock and bull story and you want us to believe you. I was warned about this project so many unanswered questions
The only thing Bitcoinexpert is guilty of is that he was a bit of a dimwit.
He did not do his proper due diligence and as a result his reputation is in tatters and his ego is bruised.
