Guys thank you for your research. I will ask for explanations. As the one of ico wallet key holders, there is no way to sign for funds releasing if they don't complete what they promised. Of course i asked from CEO to convert those $5 Million in bitcoins and send them into the wallet. So we will see soon if these news and funds are real or not.

To be honest, this isn't looking good.  Is Martin Mueller, e-cash magazine co-founder a real person?  I hope it's not the devs made up person so that he can hold 2 of the 3 sigs and release the funds.

This is getting more hilarious by the minute.

Obviously photoshopped. It doesn't even take a forensic analysis or an image search to see that, the photos are obviously shopped from the way that people are (not) looking at each other.

The second photo was taken from here: http://aktion-pro-aktie.de/deutschlands-groesste-direktbankenstudie/ then shopped the "dev" with his mic on it. Good job.

Compare:

Simply search for "DAB bank" images and you'll find his photoshop sources. Come on man, put a little more effort in lol.

Just to make sure, I am send a mail to the bank with the screenshot and asking them if they have invested in deClouds. Will update here, if I get a reply from them..

Lol. What an entertaining read. With the number of sockpuppet accounts that the "devs" have I'm really not sure if anyone has actually invested in this "platform", but if anyone did: ha ha. You suck.

If you needed any more proof of the scam, besides what has been pointed out before:

The Linkedin profiles of the "team" are 100% copy-pasted & fake:

https://www.linkedin.com/in/stas-nikolaev-135771125?trk=pub-pbmap  -  "I´m an accomplished IT professional with vast experience in the development and delivery of IT solutions." - copy-pasted from https://www.linkedin.com/in/frankhrettig

https://www.linkedin.com/in/sebastian-schroeder - "Design and development responsibility for the product Cross-system layer to manage the subscriber and service data. Solutions based on distributed database. Optimize memory and time consumption performance of Totally Integrated Automation Portal.
SQL Server 2014/2008R2/2005 Database Design & Development, Administration & Performance Optimization."  - copy-pasted from https://www.linkedin.com/in/frankhrettig

Why are the bitcointalk moderators not deleting such obvious scam attempts? This place is fucking awful. But also hilarious.

https://www.linkedin.com/in/frankhrettig  This is opair "founder", who may be not existed at all. His CV is also copy paste.

But opair OP was published on 20th of July https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/pre-ann-opair-decentralized-debit-cards-ocaml-new-blockchain-platform-1558596

declouds OP was released 15th of July, early than opair, so this case is opair copy paste from declouds.

There is scam accusation against opair, I consider your proof can prove opair copied from decloud, not vice versa.

Another newbie account came here to spread FUD. Congrats.
I will not try to convince anyone that we are not scam.
I'll let the upcoming announcements to talk.
Wait and see.

Yes, it's easy. Proof of metal reserves or GTFO. Announcements of announcements won't do in this case.

This is a huge scam and i warned everyone plenty of times. The op dev is a bought account and was formally used by scammers.

We need to know escrow terms, if the project need to be down milestone to get fund, it is not a scam.

If they can get fund only with a working wallet and blockchain, it will be a very likely scam.

Where be added to exchange?

the ico still going so should wait until the ico finish

i believe declouds will be listed in major exchange like bittrex and poloniex

Almost certainly it will be on bittrex however on poloniex I highly doubt it.
