nowadays many ICOs started scammed from begining. why do they want to steal money from investors?

Yeah it got paid, SJ made sure the signature campaign was paid out when he released the escrow funds.
Now that OP can't release ocaml wallet, there is a few fund still in SJ's hand, right? I guess around 10-20 btc.
No, ICO phase 2 investors got a chance to get out but lot of them didn't and all funds after refunds and signature campaign were released to wasserman99, collecting a total of 165 btc from phase 1 and 2.

I also 0.25 in Opair ... ICO - joke ( pesobit only was 30x ) ... I don't believe in ICO...Pesobit what?? That's a real project. Probably one of the most underrated projects in crypto and I'm not even Phillipino. They're not a SCAM. Dev is heavily involved and gives almost daily updates.
