IEO has become quite the hot item now. Amazing projects that already presented the practicability of their ideas to the public sold out their IEOs with relative ease.
I think IEOs stand a better chance at convincing investors in the crypto space to back projects.

IEOs become trend right now. Its more eficient and effective for developers team because they dont have to spend a lot budget, all administered by exchangers. But to choose good IEO, we should choose IEO from big exchangers

Well to answer your last question, I don't think it's a necessity to institute blockchain technology at the soul of a project funded with the ICO mechanisms. Yes the distributed currency will be on a blockchain but it's not a necessity that the platform utilizes every other function of the blockchain. In my opinion it's the prematurity of the crypto-currency that is giving IEOs such rave in due time I expect Security Token offering to be more notable than both ICOs and IEOs.

IEO is far more efficient and effective for now until further notice, IEO is faster in raising funds than ICO, IEO takes just less than a week to meet up with hardcap because of the number of investors trooping in to the platform based on the trust they have that they are investing in a verified project, while ICO takes almost 6 months sometimes in reaching Softcap or Hardcap.

IEO also eliminate the effect of full time scammers on crowd funding while we still have the presence of scammers using ICO to defraud people, the only thing I know both of them may share in common is bad projects, another thing is to raise fund and another thing is to be able to sustain such project.

It seems, that IEOs taking over the crowdfunding market from ICOs. They are very successful this year while ICOs struggle a lot. IEOs are a game changer on the market and the recent market recovery is partially due to them.

True. ICO is a good way of raising money to fund projects and a lot are doing it but also no wonder why a lot of selfish scammers are using ICO as their front to scam people for their own personal interests. Simply because ICO has been known to be a popular way to raise money and a lot are falling into good promises written in whitepapers and later fail to accomplish what they've written.

I want to say about the holding of IEO exchanges. I had attempts to join Binance and Bittrex, everything went without me, as it is very difficult, if not impossible, to participate in them. Something happened at Binance, interruptions due to the large influx of users. On Bittrex, as soon as the time to start selling tokens came, the buy button did not even become active as a message appeared that everything was sold. It is not clear for whom then if it is not possible to participate Maybe in the future everything will be finalized, but for now, so.

Most f these projects are good for nothing, most are just here to raise fund and retire rich, from what we saw in 2017 and 2018, how many of these projects have really delivered excluding exchange projects, virtually none, and the IEO is even worse because they claim most times they ahve raised money, sometime 90% of their fund from private sale and now the remaining 10% for retail investors

It was expected to see something new getting created since ICO is kind of dead right now, the market being full of scammers and shit projects created only for profits. IEO seems like a good alternative to ICOs but the same thing we've said about ICOs at the beginning and look now, everyone is avoiding them. I prefer to wait a few more months and see how they go before investing in IEOs

I think not. Because of the fact that an ICO project wants to become an IEO, they must have a large capital to be able to conduct the IEO. ICO is an innovative way to raise capital for startups, it is difficult to conduct an IEO when it needs large capital, and investors are only interested in profits.

I think from investors perspective, IEO is better than ICO even if it is only direct access to market that you will not need to wait for months before you can liquidate the token like what's happening in ICO, this make IEO better than ICO.

We haven't found yet any problem in IEO because this way is so early to measure that IEO is better than ICO. As we all know we can give a judgement that ICO is not effective to be use as investment place because there are many people who use ICO as a place for scamming investors. With the result that many people has an argument that ICO is not safe anymore. And now IEO came which is considered by some investors is the safe place to be use as an investment place, and so far we haven't saw yet a gap for some people who can be use it for scamming people exceedingly this way is so liked by investors because don't have much time to gain profit if the project has been successful.

It used to be good crowdfunding, but not anymore IEO has replaced ICO this is where investors are going right now, they do not want to lose their hard earned money and it is fast too they can trade it next day, compare to ICO where you have to wait for months to get your money back sometimes you lose.

IEO is a simple way to raise funds very fast, but I don't think it is good for projects. And I hope soon we'll return to regular ICO fundraising.
