I do not think you can develop the income you get. Investing in ICO can be an option to earn extra income, yes as you say that investing in ICO is quite risky because there are so many ICO's that fail and they can not convince the market. Investments on ICO's is always risky. First, they is not yet established and they want your money to start up their project so If they run along with your money you can't do anything about that, unless they use their true profiles which is stated on their website. Second thing is crypto is not yet regulated in most of the countries so there are no legal grounds you can check if they are legit. Third is it's all just a crap until it's built. Research if you really wanted to invest but I suggest you to shift into trading, it's way far more profitable and most of all it's all upon under your control.
