There are definitely a lot of fake ICOs out there. It really comes down to doing your research and of course taking a bit of risk. As they say, buyer beware.
That certainly depends on the ICO, if the project is really worthy and honest it just needs some money to start and u will recieve some money from it, but in this sphere appeared a lot of fake ICO's which steal money and make bad reputation about cryptoworld
Well there are a lot of ICOs out there who are just there to raise money for themselves and scam people but that does not mean that there are no good ICOs out there, there are actually some with really good projects which will turn out to be very useful and valuable in the future. Just be careful when you are investing into ICOs

Well yes, 90% ICO are fake only. The sole purpose is to earn and run away. And the best thing is you don't even have to give any fiat or real coin to your investors. Just take their money, toss them some random erc token and disappear. But that being said, there are many projects which use ICO to gather funds and develop real projects like golem, lunyr, decentraland, steemit etc. So all ICOs are not bad, but most are!!

The money earned from ICO is not free money as such as somehow you have to pay for it as cheap as iy may be. ICOs can be a perfect investmen5t Area, if exploited properly through proper market research an good decision making,They can also be scams if you aren't as careful
Of course, the tokens that they get from the ICO can be exchanged for dollars, so that's some new way. But there are a lot of crooks, if you don't carefully screen, many people will lose money!

Its Yes for me that ICO one way to get free money nowadays. Through participating in bounty campaign and airdrop you can generate token and once received the token reward you can exchange it to fiat. ICO token reward are potential nowadays in the market cap. Also it give you a free money through this once you exchange the token to fiat.

Often there are scammers who get easy money, but recently they have been very strongly pressed by the state. I think soon the whole process is normalized.

But I think all depends upon the ICOs investment that they got from the cryptourrency market and that results into success for the ICO .
Well here in my opinion , in present time about 60%+ ICOs are perfect to make earnings and another are just to wastage of money because after the launch they get crash because low amount of bitcoin for the buy orders are there .

Maybe you think financially there is no loss, but maybe that only applies to those who follow the campaign. But nevertheless, their time is consumed with useless things. Unlike the fate of those who invest, it is more aggrieved again.
At some point, yes. Because there are many ICOs right now that is fraud. Actually, they all are scam if they didn't do what they have promised in their whitepaper. They are unregulated, so if they run away, we can't do anything about it because we don't have any legal shares on their company. That's the saddest part for us, investors.

Not exactly most of the Ico coming up with working product as well as long organisation history and proven team or product some of the Ico just coming up with website and white paper then they scam investors money . So try to research before investing on any Ico don’t be greedy .

ICO is a new method of raising funds for your own project. Based on recent projects, many projects are scams even with a good idea, but the devs don't know how to realise it
