I still believe there are legit ICOs. With adequate due diligence, you will come across legit ICOs with great team and ideas.
In fact, for some, it really is. But all the same, the main goal of the ICO is to get the money of investors for the development of its project. Although not all are pursuing this very goal, unfortunately.
Yes,it is great way to earn free money but only if you get the genuine ICO, there is few fishy ICO. so beware while dealing with them.
I do not know why! I only think that Ico project is a more modern Ponzi method right now.

ICO is Crowdfunding company and in exchange, you get Tokens you can sell later at a higher price (profit). 90% is SCAM? No, this is oversaturated. Some ICO's yes, but not 90% I am in with 20 projects, 99% not from Top 100 and I don't think so they are a scam or trying to milk you. Just to name few: VEE, FLIXX, SNM, ENJ, VIB, ENG, QSP, COB, ZRX, BMC, SUB and KNC.
Whats good about ICO - you are an early adopter, with NEO, IOTA, ETH is a little late to the party, you can still buy and profit but real profit is when you have 50K, 100K and more Tokens of project you believe and from Top 50 will be extremely hard to get that amount of Tokens (buy)
I think ICO's are not a bad idea, but require a lot of research and work from your side to the choice right.

I do not think so. Perhaps more precisely is to increase the amount of our money, by contracting or investing to help an ICO project succeed. Not to get uanh for free.
ICO is not a way to get Free money. Such a statement (not that I am blaming anyone here) would be very dangerous and misleading for brand-new cryptocurrency enthusiasts. There are lots of new ICOs every month and only a few of them are real projects. And among those good projects, only one or two of them will actually manage to become something real in the future due to management and financial circumstances. It takes some real experience and knowledge to spot good projects and sometimes even experts make mistakes in that area.
You can not say it free money. It is an investment. Nobody gives you free tokens in a crowdsale. You should invest or you should join bounty programs.

It can be said that most ICO's are fake, scams or simply don't or won't work in the long run. I wouldn't say that all ICO devs have bad motives, but the ones that do will obviously take their earnings and eject.
You simply need to do some good research, keep a good communication bridge between the ICO's team and if or when you decide on investing and hope you don't fall victim to scams.

It maybe yes or maybe no. We don't bur if its free then we must be thankful but if its not then we should have to do everything for us to earn money.

One of the best way to get money in 2018, is to be strict with valuation, any ICO above $25 million hard cap should be avoided, there is always a time to pick them up cheaply on the market, look at MGO and Enigma
For making money you must give something - if talk about ICOs you need to give your time and force/energy to find good ICOs which will grow in the future. I invested only in 1 ICO at the moment and I already found some interesting ICOs but as I see it is usually better and cheaper to buy tokens after they come to exchanges and have some history of graphic. Usually I see that ICOs sell their tokens for too expensive prices..

you must not think it that way, not all ico's are legit and 100% sure that you are earning money, investing in ico's are also risky, some ico are scam even if they have a good platform. after they earn money they will abandon the project and do nothing after it.

I think that is the best way for beginners to help them gain more experience as well as help them to cover the costs of living in the present. However, this depends heavily on the ICO they have participated in as expected. Everything can not know before
just you never once I think it's much easier to get money for developers and to the company, because some unscrupulous people do just that, because it attracts only the investor and as a result nobody develops the project in question. It's a risky way you should say because you can earn extra money on investing in ICO and you can also lose all your investment because there are good and successful ICO's and those ICO will give you a life but there are also bad and failing ICO's that will for sure take all your investment and drag you down so you gotta choose the right one. Be picky and smart.
Sometimes it is, but if it is not, it is the new way to lose all your free time. and by all I mean all, because there are too many airdrops right now.
