Because just a few of them are good projects and worthwhile to invest. So to find those kind of icos, you need also to do a lot of researches. So you need a lot of time to invest too, to know if these porject could be worthwhile. But if you do that and your 100% safe, theres almost nothing what could fail.
This is a very good and profitable investment but for today about 85% of ico projects are scam and very difficult to choose true project.
