And there is not a safe way really. ICOs right now are full of scams. And there are scam ICOs out there that you cannot tell as such.
Yes if their whitepaper is good and true then they reach their softcap and hardcap but the most important is the ico was successful if the ico is like that then that ico is the best for you to invest.
