because some ICO is bad and a scam. if the developers is have already get a lot of money is stay away of the project.

I do not think that now is a good time to buy tokens at the ico,as in fact they can be bought on exchange with large discounts.
Now it's hard to say that ICO is the best way to invest. Now after the coins list on the exchange, the price falls down. None of the buyers at ICO does not hold coins for a long time, they are sold immediately. Therefore, if you want to invest in new companies, it is better to wait for access to the exchanges, and then buy them below the ICO price.

But I strongly advise you to be careful when you choose an ICO projects, if you're not careful while reading their whitepaper and also the roadmap, you may lose your money. 1 and 2 are right, but 3 and 4, I think you should consider to apply this rule for some projects. The purpose of ICO isn't only to listing on major exchange. Trading volume depends on the mentaltily of investor and community of that ICO project. There're many good projects still not list on major exchange like KICKICO, until the last month this coin got listed to Kucoin. I think so, if you can choose a good project, in which you will be 100% sure! Because now there are a lot of weak projects that are only trying to raise money, so be careful!
