Who wants to join scam projects. The major concern is this is really hard to identify whether the projects are legit or scam. Nobody deliberately joins scam projects. Same thing will happen 2019 and yes cryptos will survive in 2019

Due to the hash power movement from bitcoin to BCH that created a lot of fear. BCH sv gets rekt.
I think its not about smart investors and scam ICO, unfortunatelly people have a very short memory, when pump comes most of them get a huge FOMO and became careless, i think that all of that is about BTC price, as you can see on that bearish market most of ICOs cant even reach a softcap, so if BTC will go up in 2019, we will see a lot of new great ICOs.

Something is beginning to frighten the situation for all projects released in this and subsequent years. They are very dependent on investments, and will they be when no one is practically at risk, knowing that even in the ideal case, the tokens will be impaired. 
With great hope that next year we will have a solid and quality ICO so that this land will become fertile and provide many bright ideas for the progress of blockchain technology.
Things will only become better and if people continue giving their support nothing to worry about as demand and supply is decided by us only. Though big players do play a vital role but even if they support it and keep buying market will recover and ICO will also benefit out of it. Let's hope that that can happen. Most of the current ICO projects do not have certification for the development of large agencies and investment is risky because we can not know exactly what will happen to the project. I believe we will still be waiting until 2019 and we will know the results
We can see many of the ico that extend their sales until next year. They predict if investor market ico are to be better next year than this year. many of the ico project this year do not get funding from investors for not so good in promotion and concept. Hopefully, next year is the year of ico for we can follow. 
Next year the ICO market should still be quite healthy just there will be more regulation which will provide startups with clear guidelines on how to conduct their crowdsale with full compliance which will remove some of the risks investors face in the current market

I think it will still be alive, as crowdfunding is there for many years.
I believe projects only who has a decent product, with MVP and professional team will be able to gather the funds. Hopefully, all those scams ICO will not be in the market anymore and if they will, hopefully they will be fully reliable for their actions legally.
ICO predictions seem to be better than this year, scammers have been reduced and will be a real and potential project.
There will be many who will succeed in the coming year.
To be honest, last year there was a lot less scam, now what project you don’t take - there are some kind of pitfalls everywhere. I have not seen normal projects somewhere 4-5 months and to be honest it scares a little There will be many who will succeed in the coming year.
