well, I hope ICO in 2019 is getting better. well, I see this year many ICOs are successful but sometimes not as expected. most have problems with the market, prices, and sometimes there is no news after the ICO is finished. well, hopefully 2019 ICO is getting better, and can be trusted.

Just focus on 50% of your predictions to be meet for the future, and in case it won't happen you still have the other 50% for other ideas behind it. With 2019, that's another challenging part of ICO because right now most of the project expectations didn't come positively, yet most of them holds their trading launch due to bad market. Hopefully next year market will survive and be back to the track.

The more money that is invested in this market the more scammers we get and unless there is a way to avoid that scammers create fake projects then what you say is not going to happen, in fact in this year alone the popularity of icos has gone down dramatically, very few icos are able to reach their hard cap and many projects are being cancelled because of it.

wanna 2017,2018,2019,2020...2100 if you're doing analysis from year, you can't see any a good ICO. I have suggestion for you.
1. Check the team of ICO, that is fake or real
2. Check their product
3. Always calculate the risky for buying their ICO, example price growth down because many bounty hunter/airdrop hunter sell it. In here, save your money and buy more in exchange from dumper (You can get huge profit!)

Yes ofcoarse ICO still alive and maybe more decades ICo are still run. ICO is not easy to destroy because we need new project to increase the value of other coin. 2019 ICO are more better and i hope no more scam ICO will run and people in that year will be smarter while investing in ICO.
