Yes, in my opinion, ico will continue to come up with new innovations which will certainly be better. Although of course ico scam will also continue to be among them. However, the specificity of the cryptocurrancy market is that no one can accurately predict situations and changes. Someone just can assume possible changes.
It is too early to speak for 2019, because it has not yet ended in 2018, and much remains not known, including the situation on the market that will arise by the end of the year!
Whether anyone thinks it's too early or not to predict the outcome of ICOs in 2019 or not, I know of a certainty that nothing will change with the scam it has become unless a regulation is set in place. I think some organization should be created for regulating the companies who wants to holding ICO in the future so the ICO company cannot scam investors who want to invest on their project. If all ICO's are good, and profiting, then 2019 will be the great year for ICO.
I think what will happen in 2019 is that there will be a price change from Bitcoin whether it's up or down. while Ico will be increasingly strict in selecting projects by investors. the ICO project will get less income from investors, because the investor has been very tired in finding a good project for him. Hmm government coming in as a regulator i dont see that as a very good idea. Rather an independent body be incharge because the whole idea of blockchain is decentralization and government wants centralization. Well my prediction of 2019 market will continue to grow and more and more projects will keep coming up with great ideas. I see that every year there will always be new ico that will be released and some of them are the development or replication of the existing ico
Seeing from the end of this year in my opinion some ICOs have started to improve in terms of product quality, company, team, and their vision-mission. Looks like 2019 is the rise of the crypto world economy, of course this will be beneficial for ICO companies and investors in gaining profits. I think 2019 will be a good year for icos. because 2018 q3 and q4 is really painful for icos. people lost too much money.And people now really afraiding of investing new icos. Too many flippers rekted during these icos. I believe they will never invest in icos. So after these flippers exit that ico space. Icos will start to good performance in 2019 i believe.
I can not sat exactly what kind of ICO projects will be in 2019, but in case the system of checking the ICOs for scams will not be created, in order to back the trust of investors, if do not make this in such case this direction for ordinary investors will disappear.
