I do not know if the ico situation will improve in 2019, but I know that I want the ico to be reliable with good ideas and with the right tactics .. so it turned out that we ended up at the time when rules and the market are only being formed still young, so a lot of mistakes and scammers .. I would like that in 2019 the situation changed dramatically and the cryptocurrency took its rightful place in the payment sector.

For me, yes! Maybe ico still alive for 2019. But I don't think if there's a investor want to join again. 
I'm pretty sure after they got nothing on 2018, do you think they want it to happen again for 2019? Nowadays more investor are waiting on exchange, because they know it will dumped below ico price. 
In 2019, there will be a lots of changes in ICO landscape. The regulators will be insisting on following the rules and will be asking for kyc/aml and other relevant document to shows legitimacy! ICO will be ather stable in 2019 with less scam!

No, it absolutely no. When the regulator will come to the market, many ICOs could not enter in this market.
I agree with you. 2018 is not the time for ICO. I have seen a lot of ICOs collapsing due to investor insecurity and capital retention. This year the fraudulent ICO is everywhere. Investors have stopped investing in the ICO and they have chosen the big Altcoin or BTC.

I think this is possible. I think that investors have come to their senses and will not invest money in fraudulent organizations.
There are smart contracts that can make an ICO safe when a the required funds where not meet. But some ICO tend to scam even when the ICO is successful , Just make a good research about the ICO you are investing.
i predict that ico in 2019 will be minimized and eliminate the scam project and not realistic. in this way we can be more confident and have the courage to invest if these project will be filtered and undergo thorough investigations with team developer and founders.

I think having a smart contract should be a mandatory requirement for ALL ICOs. Any ICO that doesn't have one should be immediately scrutinized for potentially being an exit scam. With the market in such a poor way, investors need all the assurances they can get, having a smart contract locked soft cap would definitely improve an ICOs odds of success, in my opinion.
2019 will experience some market boom, but I think we have learnt a lot of lessons with the 2018 horrible market year, currently most ICO developers already know that it is hard for ICO's to pull through in such a tough season and have to work hard to ensure their project is good and gains wide acceptance, the good thing in bull market is that your mistakes can easily be corrected but in bear market you live with it, So a lot of cautions have been taken

Yes, 2018 wasn't a good year for ico scam ico are too much it is difficult for investors to trust any project, if 2018 mess can be cleaned maybe 2019 will be a good year for ico.

Actually this is a mistake from us who record history badly, so people are not interested in ICO investments because many ICOs are fraudulent. Cryptocurrency users must maintain Cryto's good name so that Crypto continues to grow.

Well, on the other hand, scammers will be even trickier, and even better to mask your scam project. Of course, I do not want to invest in such projects. But this is a real problem. 
The year 2018 has been a very hard one for ICO investors. A lot of ICOs didn't bring the desired profit by the investors, the worst case is that most of the ICO got listed on exchange at 70% below ICO price. I hope the year 2019 will be a better year for ICOs.
During 2019 there is no recent news regarding regulations by the SEC, never expect too high regarding crypto currencies.

Wait, current market situation cause that ICOs are not interesting for investors because investors rather invest into big coins like Bitcoin.
I think ICO will remain in 2019 but maybe later there will be a standard ICO regulation that is worth publishing in this forum to avoid ICOs that have the potential to cheat investors. I hope that such an idea will be realized so that investors still have confidence in the ICO
Investors need to be confident once they invest their money, many ico now are scam and that is the reason why other investor's don't want to invest in ico. And because of that ICO must give their best for the growth of the project so no one will be disappointed.
