I think that ICO will become safer in 2019. It is likely that new ICO standards will be integrated. In the event that an insufficient amount of money is collected, a refund guarantee will be provided. I really hope that in the bounty campaigns payments will also be 100% guaranteed. Now we expect a lot from 2019 as it was from 2018.

Yes, ICO will be still active in the future. We just need to create a legal company with a platform to listing companies who want to holding ICO.
If a new company want to holding ICO, they must submit their legal documents, about their location, team, project, etc, so the scam project won't be able to running ICO anymore. Later, the investors will only investing through the trusted platform.
I think the ICO should recover by 2019. I am not sure whether it will be at the beginning of the year or at the end, but the market will begin to gain volumes.
Certainly as the years go by the investments in ICOs are drying up, and the market is not so good as to throw money in the air, and many ICOs in the last year and this one ended up being scams, if they left in the air many bounty hunters as we can see the constant claims in the forum, what will remain for investors? so my prediction is that there will be much fewer ICOs but probably have a very good quality.
I predict this year should be transforming in terms of ICOs market. I mean something should happen with ICOs in general,probably it will be a new stage,like DAICO concept to be implemented

I think the reforms in the ICO will be in the new year, I mean the external regulators who will be responsible for the safety of investors and the legality of projects. I hope that in the near future the projects will use a single platform for carrying out the ICO and raising funds.
in my opinion, increasing supervision of a project or ico is now being done by most officials, to close it seems that it cannot be known because there are still many that are running until the end of the year and continue.

I think icos will never end.You can see people continue investing icos even now. I hope the market will be better in 2019 surely. After the finish of that bear market icos will continue same like 2017 because people need new technologies and excitements.
I think there will be little change in the next couple of years. ICO will still exist and will still collect quite large amounts, as people are still interested in ICO and even a large number of scams will not fix the situation.
ICO investment is risky and ICO market is saturated couple with the fact that market of Cryptocurrency is bearish for many months now, a lots of care must be taken in choosing good ICO. 2019 ICO market will largely depend on ethereum prices and general market condition.
Alive for sure. But very few ICO’s will collect millions of dollars. Or projects will need to reduce softcap and hardcap limits, or in my opinion just real huge ico’s will be sucessful
in 2017 just wrote that this year will be better, but we see that there is not. investors are not stupid and try to invest in worthy projects. but under the pressure of the market and the collapse of prices on the stock exchange - investors do not want to risk their deposits. With a lot of coins already scattered in the market, there is a lack of investors in the ICO. Because investors prefer to buy coins in the market compared to buying ICO coins. But that does not mean that the ICO no longer has investors, of course before the project was launched there were already investors who were ready to succeed in the ICO.

We have seen governments to try to regulate cryptocurrencies since last year and yet their efforts have been ineffective, and it's not difficult to know why this is the case, cryptocurrencies are going to be impossible to control, and governments are slowly realizing this that despite their power they cannot control cryptocurrencies, this is why in this year we have seen some countries banning cryptocurrencies for good but even that is not going to work.

What I think about ICO or upcoming ICO in 2019 is a bit more serious because of the experiences these year where in most ICO is a pump and dump projects. Aside from that some ICO in 2018 might be listed in bigger exchanges next year so set aside the doubt of ICO platforms and continue to invest in it because this would help big in cryptocurrency.
