I think that in 2019 ICO will be still alive, ICO investors will be smarter and only join good ICO. No more lands for bad and scam ICO. 2018 is not a good year for investors because most of token dumped below ICO price. Do you think 2019 is a good year for ICO and all tokens pump after ICO like it was in 2017?
Honestly, I would like to see smarter investors, its difficult to happen, but lets wait and see. ICO industry just started, its a new way for gathering funds for start ups, it will not go away so easily. From icos today we cant expect much next year, their time will come in a few years, in same time many icos will crash, disappear, or something else, many of them don`t have power to endure trough hard times, just the ones with good teams will be able to do something in the long term.

I think ICO wil be great again in 2019, there will be more good and quality ICO and less scam ICO. ICO market will be more diversity with the expansion of EOS and Stellar blockchain.

ETF will not give any impact to the ICO because ETF is about bitcoin, ETF gives possibility for bitcoin to receive the more demands from the US investors if that will be approved by SEC. Your words don't make sense in any reasons. So many people doubt ETF will be approved by SEC.
